La ubicación que dan en google maps está incorrecta, deberian actualizarse pero eso sería cuestión de la app , no tanto de la estancia

En la parte de la habitación únicamente, el colchón estaba en malas condiciones, se sentían los resortes.

Albercas súper sucias y falta de mantenimiento la más grande el agua verdosa

Las albercas estaban un poco sucias, no te daba confianza de meterte eso hace q no disfrutes al máximo la estancia

La entrada al hotel, rodeamos mucho y el camino no fue el mejor. El desayuno buffet que tenga más variedad en los platillos

Room was simple and clean

The 'included breakfast' was TERRIBLE! 2 slices of processed white bread with butter and jam. Black coffee and CHARGED extra P$8 for each splash of milk!! The hotel is quite expensive so this really felt quite pathetic.

Mountain views were spectacular! It was very peaceful and the hotel was charming & beautiful. Really enjoyed eating onsite at their restaurant as the food was delicious with gorgeous outdoor nature around you. Great place to take pictures and felt like a retreat. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Loved the fact the hotel was also dog-friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Well done!

Road works being done so couldn't drive my car down to the hotel carpark. Not the hotel's fault.

I liked so much the room, the restaurant and the staff.

the room had moldy walls and it was very far from the zocalo ( the main area) hard to find transportation. The food was also not available even if it was on the menu.

The restaurant of the hotel is good.

1. The breakfast is just including caffee and fruit. It is coming very slowly if you don't order other food. 2. The room is not same as the picture on the Booking. It is small, hasn't 40㎡ as introduction. 3. The shower is bad, can't wash well.

10 min taxi ride from down town. very quiet location. not much to do outside of room and restaurant.

The neighborhood is horrible, it s completely out of the city, don t believe in the "distance to center" It s more than one hour walking for horrible streets At 8 the restaurant closes and there s nothing nearby to eat or drink anything The nearest place is at 15 minutes taxi Wi fi does not work and they say they can t get better internet from the provider The "resort" is like an old abandoned waterpark

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay at Resort y Balnearios Los Angeles. It was a makeup for a cancelled reservation when Covid hit, and we felt warmly welcomed. We splurged on a King Suite (still reasonably priced) and enjoyed the huge bed and jacuzzi. The hotel is situated in a lovely setting on the edge of town, overlooking mountains and a valley. It's thus quiet compared to downtown options (Taxco, with its narrow streets, is a rather traffic-choked city). Staff were extremely friendly, and the onsite restaurant (breakfast was included) is good -- fortunately, because there's not much in the immediate vicinity.

If you're without a car, note that this is 15 minutes or so by vehicle from downtown. The hotel will gladly arrange a taxi (ours arrived in under ten minutes), and it's quite cheap (a couple of dollars) in one of Taxco's ubiquitous VW Bug cabs. Internet was generally good, though with some bandwidth issues at peak times -- a reflection of the service provider, I think, not the hotel. Weekends are a busy time with visitors arriving from Mexico City and elsewhere. During the day and into the evening, you have quite a boisterous scene at the swimming pools (which we didn't use). It's not terrible, however, and it shuts down at a reasonable hour.

Wonderful place with amazing staff. Spotlessly clean. Great complex of swimming pools. Few minutes drive from Taxco centre but - super quiet. View of the hills - stunning

Taxco has very steep hills so driving is a challenge but it is not a hotel fault. The access road to the hotel is very well marked.

Very nice view to the mountains.

It's a little far from the City center, but with the GPS that's not a problem.

It is okay for one night when you are alone and just need a bed. The hotel is modern, parkings are right ahead and WiFi works well. I slept quite well here but would prefer another hotel with a view next time I return to Taxco.

I am a tall person, fortunately travelling alone, because wirh two people this double bed (1,50 m broad) would be too small. My room has only one window to a yard inside the hotel. No one cleaned the ground before my check-in. It is at the edge of the town. There is no restaurant or shop close by. The hotel restaurant was closed.
