Hotel decorations give traditional Mexican feels. Basic but nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. The hotel location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the autobus station. Hotel is right at the Zocalo centro. Guests can watch the daily life go by on top of the hotel roof.
Shower water pressure can go slow to just drips. At least it happened to me. No breakfast or foods from hotel.

Location is great 👍. Old building preserving nostalgically, that beautiful felling of walking into the past.
Beds are really old and very uncomfortable. They have those old, rough, steel mattress springs that you can see right under. It was great as experience to live how our great -great parents use to sleep when they were young; but no to sleep today's time.

The best hotel in our whole Mexio trip! Staff is friendly, water available, cosy beds, perfect locaion 2 mins walk from Zocalo, great WiFi, quiet at night, so pretty, vintage looking hotel…😍 Nothing else you can wish for! I recommend!

This hotel is a time capsule! The hotel was built in 1940 and the room never changed, except for a very good mattress. Living with a small room and bath from long ago isn’t for everyone, but it is fun if you like such things! I recommend it for a couple days.
The rooms and baths are from 1940. I loved it. Many wouldn’t. It’s not a luxury hotel anymore, but you can see that it has fabulous bones.

A very nice place that is only one block from the main square. It was very clean and quite. We appreciated the filterd water.
A kettle to make hot water would have made our stay %100 perfect.

Staff were very kind and helpful, the location is excellent and the quality for the price was exceptional. The courtyard is beautiful and our room had a small balcony with a nice view over the hillside. The shower had good hot water and high pressure. There is a pitcher and free drinking water available in the courtyard. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel for this price point.

Central location, secured parking, beautiful courtyard. Older hotel but well kept and clean. Nice small balcony with a view. Wonderful and friendly staff.
