Beautiful little hotel in an old building. Also has a mini cave behind one of the walls. Ask to see the mini gruta. Relatively close to the Zócalo if you take the street with all the stairs. Garrafón water is available to refill bottles.

The pillow was very hard and big. I put the pillowcase on one of the throw pillows to pass the night.

So beautiful, comfortable and very well located! The staff is really nice and helpful. I’ll refer it to anyone who wants to go to Taxco!

Nice location, quite close to the main square. Clean and well equipped area. Swimming pool cleaned in the morning. Free, safe parking. Really kind and helpful staff.

Noisy in the night. To come in you need to call to open the gate. It would be better to have the key.

Common area is pretty. Good location. Provides drinking water refill. The gentleman who is on the night shift is super nice.

I booked a triple room with 2 beds, but was given a room with only 1 bed. The main door is bolted at all time. Coming and going requires an employee to unlock first. I felt like a caged bird. Wifi very weak, and Internet drops even when connected to wifi.

The personel was very kind and helpful. The location is good. We had the family room, and in this room I especially enjoyed the extra big bed! (Not every room has an extra big bed).

The warm water in the shower is scarse.

So this is actually a hostel so it has a kitchen where you can cook and store food. The dining room is very nice too. I can’t say enough how quaint this place is. It’s so cute and they maintain it really well. The pool looked really nice, and I saw other guests swimming but it was a bit too cold for me. Otherwise the room was really nice, very spacious with a nice clean bathroom. The location was great too, walking distance from the bus station on one side and less than a 10min walk in the other direction to the main square.

The only issue I had is that I work remote and the wifi is really poor in the rooms. You have to work in the common area, which isn’t a bad place to work but sometimes it was saying full bars but the wifi was so slow or still not working. It makes working remote really difficult here so I would say don’t stay here unless you are just vacationing.

A simple room, just a few steps from the bus station and 10 minute walk to the city center.

The hotel grounds were nice.

The rooms were damp and dark. The beds were very uncomfortable but the worse was the bathroom stains on floor and toilet no hot water. Towels were dingy it is in need of a good cleaning to say the least.

The cleanliness of the room could be better, also the bed and it's a little noisy at night.
