Our family enjoy our times together at this house. Got everything we need convenient to shopping and places. Only three minutes walk to the beach, private and clean.I definitely recommended.

More information about the check-in process should have been communicated a minimum of 2 days prior to visit. We were happy with the location and the house. Rooms were good and as expected.
Picture of pool was a bit misleading as it looks much bigger in the picture. We did enjoy it.
Outside property around the pool and patio area was unkept and needed work.
The carriage house was nice but the AC unit did not go below 72 degrees. I called on Sunday and Monday but got no response from property manager. My son said it was okay but never-the-less my call should have been responded to.
The towels for the quality of house were terrible. They looked like they were 10 years old. How much do towels cost.
We did enjoy the closeness to the beach and strip. The house and beds were nice and the AC in the house worked great. When we are paying a premium the little things count.
Overall easy fixes to take from a 4 to a 5.

We had a wonderful time! The housing accomodations were great. Very short drive to the pier and tons of restaurants and excursions. Short walk to the beach...but the sand is scorching hot...wear shoes.

I wanted a house close to the beach and that’s exactly what I got. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach from this house. Some days it felt like we had our own private beach since it was so empty. I stayed here for 5 days with a total of 12 people. 2 people to each bedroom. The house was clean and cool, while the pool was clean and warm. AC worked great so it was always comfortable inside. I found some beach chairs and boogie boards in the laundry room which we were able to use. All the appliances worked and they even replaced the barbecue with a brand new one. It was great going back and forth from the beach to the pool all day. WiFi worked well also. As a huge bonus, one of my friends accidentally left some jewelry behind after we checked out and didn’t realize it until the next day. They called the management company and were told that the cleaning crew found it and turned it in. They went back to pick it up that day. Really appreciate the honesty. I would definitely stay here again.

Business center didnt exist, but they printed what we needed down the street. Cottage is perfect for privacy we were on honeymoon and chose the cottage for us, out guest stayed in the main home. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms and beds in main house were excellent!

Clean, great location. Would give it five stars but the owner is aware of a problem with the upstairs shower and has elected not to address. One upstairs shower runs constant cold.

Charming home that had a great set up for a 3-family get-together! House was very close to beach access and Clearwater town, and ~1 hour drive from Tampa and Busch Garden amusement park. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed the stay. Great dining/take out options nearby.
Communications were clear and instructions were provided ahead of time, and property manager was very helpful. We really appreciated that they allowed early access to the house after cleaning was done, making it easy for everyone to come straight to the house when they arrived in town. Only request would be some extra supplies, like trash bags and dishwasher detergent (unless those were stocked someplace we didn’t see).

Had an amazing stay! Loved the pool as well as being able to have our own place away from family but still in the same house. Would definitely rent again ! Also super close to beach great to walk at night !

We arrived to mildew in the toilets. Air return dirty. They did send someone to clean.
Stovetop did not work correctly. Door to rooftop deck was extremely hard to open, deck was dirty.
After a couple days noticed mildew in air conditioning vent, and drywall around it. Also on several other registers.

Amazing location! The house was mere steps away from the beach. Everyone was extremely nice and approachable. Communication with the property manager was almost instantaneous. We had 11 guys staying in the house for a bachelor trip. Every single one of my guys stated to me how great the place was and let me know I did a hell of a job booking this great property. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Great location, great house. Had all the amenities we needed as a family with kids. My only concern was the wiring (lights flickering, appliances drawing power away) but besides that it was a wonderful visit.

It has nice common space and a lot of bedrooms. The cottage is great for family that needs more privacy and quiet. The beach is very close and the pool is good for children, we did pay to have it heated. There are pack n plays, high chair, booster seat, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys available. We had a great time!

We rented this property for our family's Christmas Holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The house provided enough room for 10 adults and 5 children to be quite comfortable. It was nice having the cottage suite as well. The location couldn't be better just steps from the beach. We didn't use the pool much since it was a cold Christmas in Florida; however it was nice to have as well. The kitchen is equipped enough although we didn't do a lot of cooking just warming up food. There was laundry and dryers as well as all the beach gear needed. Overall the check in process was a breeze and the house was nice and clean. It felt like home for the Holidays. We definitely would stay again!

This was our second or third stay at this place! We absolutely love it there! The house is very nice and has lots of space to spread out. We had 6 adults and 7 kids from 6 months to 14 years old and all had plenty of room. The beach is a very short walk away and the house has plenty of chairs and toys for the beach! We will definitely be staying again in the future! Strongly suggest you try this house out! You won't regret it!

This property has a great location with access right across the street to the beach. There was enough space for our party of 10 people. There is a cottage on the property that is separate from the house and has a bedroom. Pool was very nice in the back yard and would be nice if there was a door going to the backyard from the house and cottage. There is a entrance through the fence in the backyard. Overall, we had a good time in the house.

About this house was a great location close to beach house was not so great absolutely no privacy in the master bedroom no locks on doors and master bath is connected to bedroom no way to lock this door neater. pool is really really small and cut off lights and fountain at 8pm and no acces from the house to pool you have to go outside to get in the pool area not a great deal Also the neighbor come to bother us knocking our door complaining not great neither.

Casa Del Mar
Great location-very close to the beach! The reviews are right about the neighbor. My brother was in the pool shortly past 10:00 one night when a neighbor(I assume, she didn’t introduce herself) barged onto the property without knocking, telling him the pool was closed. I realize it’s a residential area, but he was hardly having a pool party. It should also be listed that there is a charge to heat the pool. The grill and blender didn’t work. The staff was unaware of the interactive experiences stated in the listing. The beach& the pool were a hit with the kids. Staff were friendly& prompt to respond. Overall we had a nice stay.

Winter Getaway
The location and the property were great. The house, while a bit older than most we have rented, was in great condition and the heated pool was great since we were there in January.
My only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better equipped and for the communication to be a bit better. For the price you are paying for this house I think those two should be a given.
At the end of the day, the location was awesome, you are literally steps from a very quiet section of the beach. We would definitely resnt this house again.

Clearwater family vacation
For the most part we had a great stay. Access to the beach was very easy and the pool was a big hit. The house offered plenty of space and the cottage was an added bonus. One or two little issues were 1) the oven does not cook at the correct temperature and one of the burners only cooks on high. We unfortunately learned that trying to make bacon for breakfast. 2. There is a propane tank available but discovered it completely empty when cooking out. Had to stop what we were doing in the middle of fixing dinner to go find propane. 3). For anyone who stays here, be on notice there is a very rude next door neighbor who for no reason yelled at my over 90 year old mother in law who was simply walking her very small dog. Other than these few things we all had a great time.

Location, location, location!!!
My girlfriends and I went to Clearwater to celebrate milestone birthdays (originally from 2020). The house was beautiful and couldn't be closer to the amazing beach. We enjoyed the amenities that the house had to offer, as well as the close proximity to some great restaurants and bars. Morning coffees on the upstairs deck were a very peaceful way to start the day and we all miss them already. Don't pass this house up - it will not let you down!

Spring break Casa Del Mar
Spring break Casa Del Mar overall we had a great vacation. Repairs needed at the house were handled right away. The only complaint I really have was the rude neighbor and the rule for the pool that you cannot swim between 10 PM and 8 AM. I initially thought this was only a suggestion or warning for maybe loud spring break kids but as a responsible adult I thought I could swim and hang out at the house I rented in the pool at night but was greeted by a really rude neighborhood threatening to call the police. I really wish that would be something I would’ve been told before agreeing that they would tell me when and when not I can swim in the pool. Other then that all was good.

We absolutely loved the home and the small cottage. The pool was such a bonus and so was the short walk to the beautiful beach! We will come back for sure. The only issue we had was the dishwasher was broken and with 10 people that was a bummer.
