Beautiful apartment just shown in pictures. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean rooms and bathroom. full kitchen to use. And a nice balcony.

Location wise little far as you are depends on public bus transportation and it takes 40-50 mins to reach City centre.

The apartment is in good location, you know exactly where it is, so you know what you get. There are three great bedrooms, clean, and comfortable.

You need to get your own shower gel, shampoo, soap for the washing machine (that did leak the moment of our stay) and for the dishwasher. If you arrive late, you can’t go to a store to buy them. You only get one key, if there are two couples, this is a BIG problem as you depend on each other, to enter the apartment.

The check in girl was amazing. So helpful and fun! My family loved her, and we will always remember her as part of this trip to rome. This was our second stay at this property, so the property itself was familiar. Lots of room for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms, and even my kids mentioned how fresh the linens smelled. The check-in lady told us about the ticketappy App that was so great -- we could buy our bus and metro passes right from my phone and not worry about where to buy them in the neighborhood. She also told me about the citymapper App which was also very helpful.

The first time we stayed here, everything was very new. The washer looks pretty sad after these few years of sitting outside and I was afraid I would regret using it, so we just bought more clothes rather than washing. The apartment wasn't ready on arrival -- prior guests had checked out late and made a mess. But they let us place our stuff inside which helped. The floors were still a bit dirty but maybe this was because the cleaning lady was rushed since we were waiting. It would really help if there was a broom and dustpan in the apartment so guests could sweep up a bit themselves. Overall, the place was a little more worn then when it was new. Noticeable wear and tear i suppose, that might not be noticeable if it's your first stay. The kitchen had limited utensils and dishes, and some of the pans need replaced. We used public transport and this place is a long ride from center. The apartment is still a reasonable value and i would still recommend it as a value conscious option for a family, if you have the time and energy for the bus.

The apartment is huge. 2 bathrooms were great, rooms super spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Every room has A/C.

Was a tiny bit far from the centre of Rome (1hr-1hr 30min multiple change bus rides). However because it’s further out there are some nice local cafes that are super cheap and lovely. Shower in 1 bathroom, bracket needs replacing to keep shower upright.

Good value for money Large apartment. Very clean. Reasonable location but must have a car although access to bus is available.

Parking is tough but that’s Italy. Need to get used to managing hot water in building
