Everything was perfect! Staff was incredibly friendly, the view was phenomenal and the breakfast was so delicious! We loved our stay!

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever been! 1. The room we payed for wasn’t available, so they said that we are “upgraded” and gave us a worst room, without a window and with a bad smell. After we declined to stay in that room they offered us another room that was a bit better but very humid! There was a dehumidifier in the room that showed 83% humidity (that high level of humidity is bad for health!) and we couldn’t sleep. 2. Also the lunch in the hotel was disgusting! 3. The cleaning lady was so insolent and rush in our room without asking and throw a bag full with garbage in our balcony!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! Place, views, service, food, but the most important: PEOPLE! The perfect place to have a wonderful vacations!

Fabulous location and view away from the frantic activity around Fira which gets inundated with cruise ship visitors. Very clean room and the hotel premises. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful

Great view. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast spread, unfortunately a bit inconsistent in the prep. Beds/mattresses were fine.

Honestly we didn’t understand the ‘luxury’ part - what criteria are used for this? Just price? The bathroom drains in our room ( we had 4 rooms) stank of sewage. We were told this is typical of Santorini but it wasn’t even typical of the 4 rooms we got. Rooms were very damp. Two very badly so and one of those very musty. The toilet seat in one was lopsided (our sons complained of flesh/hair being pinched) The air con in one room smelt terrible when running. General lack of attention to detail - one of the three bulbs in the living room wasn’t working, one in the bathroom wasn’t, coffee machine in one room was missing the water jug!

The view was excellent. Our balcony was perfect for the views of the sea, the caldera and sunset. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The room was nice and comfortable.

Only the bathroom basin needed a bit more of disinfectant to keep the smell at bay.

I found the first night a coak roach in the bathroom and they change us for a room up to the kitchen with so much noise ! we have been relocated only because I ask it because the manager said us that it was ok to find a coak roach and it could happen sometime … ok in a 1 or 2* but absolutely not in a 4* !!! moreover it was our honeymoon and we just receive a glass of hot white wine no hot water in the shower this is absolutely not anymore a 4* hotel but a 3* one because it has not been maintained. there is so much better hotel in the island with a beautiful caldera view do not stay there

spectacular views, breakfast served on our rooftop terrace and excellent service - staff couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable without feeling like they were on top of us the whole time! welcome drink on arrival to our rooftop terrace was a lovely touch!

room size was a little small, but had everything we needed and lots of private outdoor space on a private rooftop terrace

We had a super spacious room with a bonus hot tub and massive comfy bed!

The shower pressure in our room wasn’t great and the toilet spat at you when it flushed

Great location! The view is absolutely gorgeous. We had the option to have breakfast in our room to enjoy the spectacular view. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
