Location was great

Cold food, poor entertainment and noting happening at the pool. No music or games. Rooms are tired.lifts are slow and not always working.

Comfortable beds plenty of pillows. Quiet clean and room service every day

The location

Food poisoning on the second day eating at the all inclusive restaurant. Construction for hours in the next room and we were not warned about it. Our room was 2 hours late. But did not allow a late check out. The resort looked too small for the number of people there. It was a struggle to find a place to sit by the pool. Also not enough umbrellas. We had to sit in direct sunlight. The resort told me everything was inclusive on the Booking.com chat but that was not the case. House keeping constantly came into our room. In the space of an hour, 4 people just opened the door and walked in. This was at 9am and way too early for people who are on vacation. Furniture was clearly old and badly maintained bathrooms.

the way it was run was horrendous. the reception staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. they messed up our rooms, i got charged £170 more than I should of. they tried to say it was my banks exchange rate even tho I hadn’t even paid yet. turned out it was their banks exchange rate. I understand exchange rates can be up or down but never £170 difference. clearly robbing people. my shower was flooding and it took me 3 attempts of complaining for something to be done about it. the food was terrible aswell. certainly not 4 star as they claim.

the property needs modernising everything is so old,shame because because it use to be lovely years ago

Huge selection for breakfast with many freshly prepared local and international food Spacious room with large bedroom Friendly and helpful staff - Our original room was a bit loud and I had to work from the hotel, so we wanted to change the room for a more quiet one. The staff was very helpful to manage the room change.

lovely hotel close to the airport and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. room was spacious with balcony

hotel don’t provide iron and ironing board which is disappointing
