El apartamento estaba casi por estrenar, también era bastante amplio.( BLOQUE-A)

El apartamento no estaba limpio, referido a pelos en las esquinas y polvo en el suelo. El bloque "A" no tiene ascensor para poder acceder a las plantas superiores si vas con carrito de bebé y no hay aire acondicionado es un ventilador de techo ( Salón+habitación).

L’appartement était parfait pour une famille, les pièces de vie sont agréables et les chambres ne sont pas trop étroites.L’endroit où il y a le bar/restaurant et la piscine est agréable avec un espace de jeu pour les enfants.

Nous avons du attendre pour que le personnel nous donne les clés car l’appartement n’était pas prêt. Ils nous ont gentiment offert un verre pour patienter. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le sol n’avait pas été fait... L’isolation est quasi nulle, nous avons l’impression de vivre avec les voisins, ca n’est pas très agréable pour 3 jours de vacances. L’appartement est situé à la sortie de Lloret, trop loin du centre ville pour faire à pied. Ils mettent à disposition une navette jusqu’à 18h. L’alarme incendie a sonné en pleine nuit, nous étions un peu paniqué et une personne de l’établissement est venue, à sonné à la porte du voisin qui les avait prévenu et est reparti. Nous aurions apprécié que le personnel puisse nous rassurer et nous dire que l’on pouvait rentrer chez nous en toute sécurité. Et puis impossible d’avoir la chambre une heure de plus sans payer alors qu’il ne semblait pas y avoir d’autres personnes derrière nous. C’est dommage ça aurait pu être un petit geste commercial.

POOR WIFI !!!! SMELL INSIDE THE ROOM, SMALL WORMS IN THE BATHROOM. They gave me 4 "towel cards" for the pool. nobody told me to return them back. I lost one card and paid 20 euros at checkout.

Nice hotel with swimming pool equipped specially for kids fun. Very good breakfasts. Useful parking place.

Rooms are mostly without air condition, so it can be problematic in hot days.

At the beginning of our stay we faced problems with our reservation. At the end everything was solved by the hotel staff and we enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is very good for families with children - it has a swimming pool a a playground for them. It is a little far away from the beach but you can you a hotel´s shuttle bus. The appartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, well equiped kitchen and terrace with the direct access to the swimming pool area. The hotel has a restaurant with very good choice of food and drinks.

Breakfast was really basic and eggs were tasteless. Restaurant in general with low quality of food preparation.

The room is clean and equipped with all the necessary things, the view on pool is very nice. We decided to have breakfast in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with variety of dishes and drinks. We stayed here for the second time because we like the place and the staff is nice and helpful. If you travel without car it's not a problem to get to the beach and city center on foot or the hotel suggests you free shuttle to the beach and supermarket. Pretty nice place to stay with family.

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. There is everything you need for cooking, stove, kettle and refrigerator. The room was warm enough (we were in November). Good shower, great bed, very quiet and peaceful place. The beach is 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. Parking on site, free of charge. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning, very decent. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. A small detail - they asked to leave a security deposit, 50 euros. Returned upon departure.

Basic apartment with above-average bathroom. The kids loved the pools and breakfast was nice.

The room was on the first floor next to the exit. Bit noisy and couldn't keep the windows up.

Nice staff, spacious room, large balcony, laundry rack. Good lounge area by the pool. Lifeguards for the children's pool. Free shuttle to the beach. Great breakfast. Everything is thought out.

The bed is a bit too soft for me. You have to go up the stairs to the highest floors, which was not comfortable with a stroller.
