Super schöne moderne Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal, super leckere Patisserie im Hotel, sehr ruhige Zimmer, perfekte Lage zwischen Rialto Brücke und Markusdom. Rundum Wohlfühl-Hotel. 100% Empfehlung

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a piazza san Marco. L'hotel non offre servizio colazione continentale a buffet, ma proprio sottostante la struttura dell'hotel c'è l'omonima pasticceria con scelta molto varia e valida di prodotti dolci e salati.

Siamo rimasti 3 notti e il primo giorno di pulizie la camera non era stata pulita in maniera accorta, sia per quanto riguarda la camera che aveva il letto rifatto forse in maniera frettolosa e quindi le coperte risultavano stropicciate come se qualcuno ci si fosse sdraiato sopra sia proprio per la pulizia a terra abbiamo ritrovato anche delle briciole lasciate lì dalla sera prima. Inoltre avevamo terminato la carta igienica e non era stata rifornita.

Not the property’s fault but rooms are dark but This is the price for staying right on the middle of Venice so it’s all fine.

This is a delightful 3 star superior hotel which feels like a 4 star. There are no meal options but you can breakfast in one of Venice’s most famous caffè/pastry shops which is attached (full of locals!). Right in the middle of town but on a Calle so quiet you would never imagine being only a stone’s throw from St Mark’s and Rialto.

The location was great ! And the room was very specious, clean and comfortable. We liked a lot.

It took a while to warm up the room. But not too big of deal.

Location was great, as it is very close to the central sights in Venice. There is a perfect little cafe downstairs to start your day. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the fridge even had juices and yogurts included.

There was no elevator to our room, so if we had bigger bags that might have been a pain. But the hotel staff is always willing to assist if needed.

This should for all intents and purposes be a 4* hotel, it was great! Located right next to excellent restaurants and a stone's throw from San Marco. The Room was luxurious, we were offered a large suite with a private courtyard view, and very comfortable beds. The room itself was well equipped with fridge, TV, snacks and so on. Staff were friendly and the hotel was a great base to explore all of Venice!

Unfortunately no breakfast is offered, simply a 10% voucher for the cafe downstairs but since we stayed Saturday - Sunday the cafe was closed Sundays. That said, there were great breakfast options nearby so that wasn't a big disappointment.

Great location, in a quiet courtyard just around the corner from the Piazza San Marco. Nicely decorated room (bed and bathroom) with up-to-date fixtures. Very comfortable bed. There’s no restaurant for breakfast, instead there’s a kettle and a nespresso in the room, and yogurt in the fridge. Perfectly fine for us.

Fantastic!! We have stayed in the main hotel before and the annex rooms were equally as amazing!! Great service on arrival, and from the housekeeping team throughout. Great location, exceptionally clean and so nice and quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle right in San Marco. Will be back!! Thank you!!

The place is a 5 min walk from the Rialto waterbus stop. The rooms were very nice. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste. The bathrooms were decent size. The hotel has their own good patisserie shop on the ground floor which serves excellent coffee and breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

Beds were a bit too soft. When we came in initially into the room, there was a wierd funky smell in the room. When we asked, the reception helped to switch off the air ionisation unit in the room which was causing the odor. From then on there was no other issues.
