Everything was perfect , I stayed in 4 different hotels in egypt and that was absolutely the best amongst them

On Thursday night i woke up at midnight because of the nightclub noise , the opposite door of my room seema to be connected with the night club and it was horrible night for me , the hotel manager had replaced the room for me but that was really the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel , apart from that it was really a very nice experience there , hopefully they can fix this issue after this incident

This is the most beautiful hotel with the absolute kindest staff. Gorgeous rooms, delicious food — I can’t say enough great things. 100% recommend.

Helnan is a second home away from home, it's my very special escape. The staff are very friendly, and definitely, it will always be my first choice for a comfy vacation The pool is beyond words Mohamed at the pool and ahmed at Shisha Section, you guys rock 👍

I want some art pieces to decorate the room wall like before, I have no idea why they removed all the painting off the walls. The telephone device is very rickety, and we couldn't hear each other well using the device.

Located close to pyramids

Breakfast was awful. Rooms were dusty. Cleanliness around the hotel was poor. Electricity regularly got cut out inside the bathroom whilst taking a shower.

Rooms were comfortable

The staff was not so cooperative. It took me around 2 hrs to get check-in due to the very small remaining amount on which the card was not working. 80% of the total amount was paid but only twenty percent was remaining and i asked to let me checkin so i can connect with my bank easily but not. Eventually i have paid the remaining amount in cash.

Room was OK. Restaurant also not bad.

Noice throughout the night. A discotheque playing very loud music up to 5 AM
