Ac fungerade inte överhuvudtaget, blev som en bastu i rummet efter en timme fick vi lämna och åka hem och sova. Dyrt rum men ingen luftkonditionering öht.

Hotellet som ligger mitt i stan med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. God frukost och uteservering där vi kunde äta och ha hunden med oss. Stort plus var även möjlighet att parkera bilen i hotellets garage.
Hotell har en stor potential och vissa delar kunde moderniseras. I det fallet skulle hotellet få högsta betyg

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, exzellente Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wie bei uns) hat in dem Familienzimmer der Stauraum etwas gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Sonst war alles tipptopp.

The location is very good, and the front desk service is very satisfactory. The room is very clean. Surprisingly, it was great to see the sea view.
I come from China, and some of Sweden's ideas may be different from China. There are no disposable slippers or toothbrushes in the room. There is no equipment that can burn hot water, which is quite unexpected to me. Of course, I also understand very well, after all, different places have different concepts, let alone in two countries so far away in Asia and Europe. Very good experience.

Location - centre of the town and handy for places to eat, shopping. Close to the rail station. Excellent hotel as regards reception area and staff. Room very good though bathroom a little too warm. WiFi worked well. Excellent all you can eat breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

The staff were excellent and attentive. I lost my mobile and they helped with the contact arrangements as well as checking locations in the hotel. It was recovered after I got home. Breakfast was very good
Having to pay for the underground car park that was a bit tight to use. The on-street parking you need to pay for during the day.

The location was right in the centre for everything accessable.
We did get a room first that wasn't cleaned, so we asked the reception and she gave us an upgrade which was great and had a nice view.

1) We stayed over the New Year period and breakfast closed at 9.30 am which seemed early. 2) The beds were soft. 3) The hallway carpet was old and not clean.

Staff were friendly and the room was neat and tidy
Unfortunately the parking facilities were not good enough for large modern hire cars as the garage is extremely small in terms of the parking spaces and room to manoeuvre. The breakfast (hot part) was ok, but uninspiring, although other parts of the buffet were good.

Nice breakfast, and good location
- Was not allowed to checkin early even tho I had requested this long in advance.
- Having extra guest in the room cost extra. Even tho you had booked a doubleroom.
- Was staying over weekend and the room neighbours were partying a lot. Calling reception did not solve it quickly as they kept going for one more hour in the middle of the night

The location was great. The breakfast was also very good. The room was tidy and the hotel was very quiet.
The sofa bed was quite hard even for a child. One could feel the strings through the mattress.
