The door of the washroom is broken. Poor hygiene inside the washroom.

Heaters not switched on before I arrived. The room was super cold

The room was the same as on the pictures. The room was clean. The breakfast was filling. The Hotel is close to the inner city of Riga and was fitting my needs.

Apparently staying with a dog isn´t possible anymore. We were there in the past with no issue and would have liked to book a room again with a pet.

Trash was left in the bins from previous visitors, so very bad room cleaning. Water was very hot, even burning when somebody was in the shower and one used bathroom sink. Very noisy, no soundproofing at all. Vending machine didn’t work. Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable.

Receptionist were kind.

It was very bad smell in all hotel and the most in rooms. We asked even to change the room, but there were that smell too. We think that they use some chemicals, so we never recomend to go there if you have some issues with alergy, breathing or being pregnant. We didn't get the information about nirmal parking, because free parking near the hotel is in the street and that is not safe. You can get normal safe parking for 3€/night.

Big, comfy bed. Good room size. Kind, helpful stuff. Good location.

The hotel needs renovation in the nearest future. It's not bad, but, when we came into our room, it had a stale aroma from the not-so-new carpet and heavy curtains. TV wasn't working, but the kind receptionist offered us to change room if wanted. Water in the sink was going down too slowly. After walking on the before mentioned carpet some minutes, feet/socks got little dirty. So it needs some deep cleaning or change. Overall the hotel is OK, but not more than that. If you need 1 or few nights stay, you can try it.

Cheap Budget Hotel

Had a funky smell but couldn't complain other than that for the price.

The cleaning staff and the lady who served the breakfast were extremely helpful and kind.

When we arrived at the hotel our room wasn't ready, even though we were 8 hours after check in time. The receptionist didn't apologize,just asked us to wait until he put clean bedding for us. But he didn't clean the bathroom,so we were forced to use the toilet after previous guests.When I said I wasn't happy with it,he didn't understand my concern. I found his attitude quite arogant. Next day I spoke with the manager of the hotel. He offered the voucher in order to make up for it,but he gave it only for me. He didn't make any compensation for my sister, forgetting that she also was put in the same uncomfortable situation.I didn't want to make a big fuss,but both guys to me seemed to be very arogant and careless about our complaints. Overall I won't come back there again even though I was offered to stay for free one night next time.
