The apartment was spacious. It had a washing machine and drier. Location was great.

Lift access from the basement to our apartment was great. Very spacious apartment. View from our room and having a verandah to sit out on outside was good. Bathroom well equipped with toiletries, shaving cream and hand lotion. Great to have a washing machine and dryer but you need to buy laundry powder from reception.

Receptionist tried to put us in a room totally different to what was described in our booking with a view of the car park. She didn't want to change it and blamed Booking.com for not giving her the room details. Told us if we went higher in the Hotel, it would cost us more. I showed her our booking details, but she didn't want to change it. A man who was initially at Reception suggested other rooms for us and she finally put us in an apartment with sea, city and pool views on the 3rd floor (pretty much as described on our booking). Kitchen needs a refurb especially taps and flooring; inside oven needed cleaning; and addressed the brown water coming out of the taps and hot water cylinder issue with the Manager on check out. The only cleaning product in the kitchen is dish wash liquid. No hand sanitiser. Restaurant was closed due to the Easter Holidays. Menu looked great. Would have loved to try it.

I always feel welcomed at Highpoint. The apartments are exactly what anybody needs. Kitchen is well stocked. Mini bar is a bonus. Room service is an extra added bonus. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms are clean. What brings me back here everytime tho is Nita at front reception! Will absolutely do everything and anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She really is a gem. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Nita was very helpful and welcoming. Due to a maintenance issue in our apartment. Nita, let us move to another apartment. Great location.

Large apartment with air conditioning, full kitchen, balcony, sea views and own washing machine and dryer. Great location close to pubs and cafes with secure car parking.

Very disappointed that the previously beautiful crystal clear pool was murky and dirty-looking due to being "treated". Why treat the pool at this time when it is very hot and a number of guests are staying there? Also, on previous stays, staff came around each day to check if we needed towels, supplies or the bin emptied. Nobody came so after three days, I had to go down to reception to ask for more towels etc.
