constant running toilet - unfortunetly reception was closed couldnt report and havent had a moment to call.

Stayed here prior to travelling to Heron Island and is was ideal for a short stay. The meals were good.

Clean and comfortable ground floor room which suited us as my husband is on crutches atm

Small issue only. Room 6 the toilet cistern drips all day and night which is annoying so we turned off the tap to the cistern so we could sleep without the dripping noise.

very accommodating and helpful staff

Such friendly, professional and helpful staff, very comfortable bed/room. Hotel has all the facilities you need and a great little roof top swimming pool. This was just a ‘stepping stone’ for us to break up journey to Cairns but we loved the area and lovely walks to seafront/marina and spinnaker park. If you don’t wish to eat at hotel there is a fabulous Italian restaurant within walking distance, although we did eat at hotel one night too and it was lovely. You can guarantee a very warm welcome here 😊
