I really appreciated the greeting we got from the reception staff, the young lady and gentleman were comforting and didnt make me feel like I wast staying at a corporate facility. When we went down to breakfast the lady who served us was absolutely amazing, her customer service was fantastic. Very gentle and approachable

Not anyones fault but the lift wasnt working

No secure parking, room has no fresh air (window option) . TV was terrible to navigate

The kids absolutely loved the all-you-can-eat buffet

Breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. The TV's aren't very user friendly for myself anyhow to use. In all it was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend others to stay and utilise te facilities.

It's great place to stay, 'In and out' on own discretion without problems. One can access two bars and Two Restaurants downstairs.

Spacious King Privileged Room on Level 3. Self contained but we stayed overnight so we used the cafe and bar on ground floor. And we also used Breakfast Buffet.

The staff were friendly, I like the sports bar there. Rooms were nice and clean.

The girls on reception were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us the check in early. Gave us the rundown on the facilities. Upon checkout the young man told us about the benefits of the Accor club and noted our membership number on a card for future use/reference

The staff in all areas from reception, bar and cleaning could not have been more helpful, friendly and courteous.
