Breakfast was good

the location of the hotel is very bad. You have to walk a lot even to get on the subway. they dont help to bring your suitcases to the room. the corridors of the hotel look like the corridors of a student dormitory. If you are a little late, you may not be able to find a table for breakfast.

The bed and pillows was really comfortable

The decor in the corridors. It looked like prison cells. The bathroom was poorly designed. The mirrors all around the bathroom look nice but not what I want when using the toilet. The glass partition on the bath meant that if you ran a bath and put the hot water in before the cold you could not reach the taps to turn it off without having to climb in and scalding yourself.

The hotel doesn't want to provide any invoice. Multiples calls and email exchanges, only answer is NO, They want booking to provide one.

Some small works in the rooms could have been done, some small fixings (like wall cracks or in the bath tub was a black colour, which could been cleaned) and the windows are not very good, a lot of noise from outside

Great location, great breakfast, great personal. It was very nice to have a cookie and glass of vine as a compliment. Room was clean, we have all we need. Thank you!

Pillows are very-very-very soft. It was hard to sleep on it. And we have a room with non street view and it was a little noisy at the night.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice room with all the amenities provided, lovely little terrace. Staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They really take the hotel from good to great. Breakfast was good, sufficient options, good quality and kept well stocked for the entire shift.

Everything was great except the shower. Shower over the bath very awkward to turn on and no grab handle to help you step in or out, slippery. There is a grab handle but it's at the back next to the taps so pretty pointless.

The warm cookies and the beds are very comfortable. Also de food, tasty salads. Very nice and responsive front desk staff and food and beverage manager.

The bathroom door in the room doesn't give much privacy as it doesn't close. The sink leaks from the tap. The room did not look as if it had been properly vacuumed. The light in the rooms was very localized, a more general light would be missing.

The aircon worked well- not always the case in Europe.

The hotel is overprived for what it offers. Many rooms have views on a depressing courtyard, as depressing as the uniformyl balck corredors There is no walk-in shower but only shower in the bathtub. We had to ask every day for shower gel, coffee, etc etc and Nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel but in this price range, one should not have to struggle to get basic services. We won't be back as one can get better for much less in Lisbon

was probably the worst designed hotel dark and broody decor felt like we were in a prison as we walked down the dull black corridors . Asked 3 times for a kettle to be replaced finally on 4th attempt got one delivered. the bath room was dangerous design super slippery as shower runs out over glass edge of bath tub also did not like that it was glass to room so no privacy!

Friendly staff, the warm cookies at check in is a nice touch. We booked one of the king deluxe with terrace, it was nice although it’s a bit weird having the bath tub next to the bed, which is by the way comfortable. But I don’t think it was worth the money we paid for it, not even including breakfast. I expected more for my money. There is not much of a view even being on the top floor but we spent one evening just watching the sunset (falls behind the buildings but you get the glimpse of it) and counting the never ending incoming planes. It wasn’t a bad experience but I don’t think I would book it again.

When we booked they had electric car charger listed on booking.com, but they don’t have it. (They used to, but not anymore as one of the receptionist said) Which was one of the reasons we booked this place so that was disappointing. I also don’t think it was worth the money we paid for it, not even including breakfast. I expected more for my money.
