Hotel was dirty and very dusty. Towels aren’t changed for 4 days even if you request new towels! Rooms aren’t cleaned for 4 days either. Do not stay here!!!

It was clean and the beds were really comfy. The pool area was clean and the pool was great as was the area with sunbeds
We didn't like the noise early in the morning from deliveries and the bus station. We had to leave the balcony door open as it was too hot otherwise. The toaster was broken so I decided to use the grill on the oven. This was quite dirty so I only used it once

Paid on arrival for a late check out, yet I was contacted on my last day and asked to leave my room at 12pm and didnt get my 25 euros back

The location was fabulous. It right next to the bus/coach station and 5 min walking from the closest beach with a lot of bars and restaurants.
Even though the check in time window indicated on booking is very small, there was no problem to check in outside it.
The hotel complex has a clean swimming pool and a lot of space to park a car.
We couldn't connect to wifi from the room at all, only at the swimming pool (which on the other hand gave us a chance to use mobile phones less ;) )

Basic but spotless. Nice staff. Free car park. Location. Straight out of back gate and taxi and bus station. Safe charged at only €1 per day. Lovely pool.
Terrible WiFi. Even in reception and Pool area. No hair dryer in studio. Got one from reception free of charge

Excellent location! Really good pool, very clean bedroom. 20 min by walk from to the Siam Park. 8 min by car from Duque Beach. Every room has a balcony where you can see the sea and the pool view. Excellent! We would be back!

The staff were friendly and accomadating, The pool was great. The whole building was very clean and well maintained. Excellent sea views, close to everything, but quiet at night for getting some sleep. I'd stay here again without a bother, highly recommended.

Because of no air con alot of windows or thin windows being ear a main road heard it alot however nothing ear plugs couldn't fix

Location perfect pool perfect everything we need is close hand we have stayed with you,s a number of times enjoyed every visit and would recommend it to family and friends and we will defo be back to stay
