Gt location for ferry port

Outdoor staff didn't warn me about birds or wave them off - was quiet - nipped inside, returned to 10 birds feasting on my breakfast Sweet but bemused waitress stood around watching and didn't help me.

Great location and clean room. Special thanks to the reception staff Filip, such a nice guy to offer us great help when he knew we were in trouble to catch up our flight and drove us to the airport just 30 mins before our flight took off when there was no taxi or bus.

Almost nothing to complain

great breakfast and super convenient location. Also big thumbs up for the staff, they are super polite and helpful.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance when we arrived at midnight. Maybe a little sign would help for those who arrive at night, especially for those who arrive from the ferry.

The breakfast was great, a large and varied buffet. There are bikes you can borrow. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is just by the cruise terminal port, a bit outside of town. However, the price is very fair considering.

Our room was not cleaned. The food in the breakfast restaurant was cold. We had to clean up the leftovers ourselves. Tables dirty.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel with my parents and brother. Location is good and near the port. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The rooms were large and clean enough. Our rooms had sea and port view. The breakfast was good enough, even vegan and lactose-free options were available. But you should reserve a place for breakfast. In general my family and I were happy with our stay.

There was only one negativity. I think it is important. My mom got sick because of high blood pressure. We asked the hotel for medical support. They told us there were no medical doctor, paramedic even no device to measure blood pressure in the hotel and recommended to go to hospital. We did not get any first aid support from the hotel. They only have defibrillator, which means if you do not die there is no medical support. It is a bit of shame!

The hotel the located right in front of the ferry terminal but 1-2km away from the Visby old town. So you would need to either walk a few kilometers or rent a car or a bicycle. Greate range of food for breakfast. You need to book a time slot at the hotel's restaurant for breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

There aren't any other restaurants right nearby the hotel. Its quite a walk to the Visby old town. The room was very warm(during summer). The little fan helped a bit. Some free toothpaste in the bathroom would have been nice.

Extremely convenient for the ferry, especially if you arrive late or leave early. Very good breakfast buffet.
