Hotel is clean and newly refurbished. The beds are comfortable, rooms quite spacious, breakfast tasty. No problem with parking either. It met all our needs and expectations. Thank you!
The only thing is no soap in the bathroom.

it was clean and the bed was nice
I had a 9:30 pm arrival so I wand something very close to the airport. on the site it says 2-3 km from airport. it’s a 15 -20 drive, probably more like 10-13 km from airport. also said someone would be manning the desk until 11:30. Nope, door locked up nobody in site. check in is very time consuming and if your not good with automated systems very frustrating.

Easy check in and very helpful booking restaurant table for us. Not able to use breakfast facilities because of leaving at 5am for early flight. Room was very good and the bathroom was extremely good. Easy to find and the parking worked well - Restaurant (also offer room service) was very good we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and felt for the type of cuisine the choice was very good. Nice atmosphere and obviously popular locally as well as Hotel guests.
Nothing to report. Tea and Coffee facilities would have been very welcome.

Would have liked more details on how to access out of hours. Took us a while to work out we couldn't get into parking before we had "checked in". Once we knew it was straight forward

I don't speak French, so the food I ordered from the adjoining restaurant wasn't as I would have liked. My hamburger was not well cooked as it should have been, an English speaking waitress would have helped.

Room was very spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable. Double glazed windows so very quiet to sleep. Big heavy curtains that blocked out the daylight for sleeping with a shutter on the window if you wanted more darkness. The restaurant next door was ideal, plus there was a Taco restaurant and a pizza restaurant just down the road. The hotel was only a 10 minute drive to the airport at Bordeaux.
Bus stops nearby to get into the centre ville.

The double room was very comfortable. We could have had breakfast but chose not to as we had to get off somewhere. good value for money.
It would have been nice to have tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed here for 1 night during a roadtrip, so all we needed was a comfy bed, parking (with EV charger) and breakfast. Everything was good! There is a restaurant next door too.

Overall good place to have a stopover or a couple of nights stay. Decent breakfast. And there is Tesla destination charger! Certainly recommend the hotel!

We had a family room and all the beds were comfortable and there were a lot of sockets near all the beds. The shower was really comfortable.
The toilet area was really small and the seating was loose. The cleaning staff came in the room at 9.00 am while we were still sleeping.

I wanted to be close to the beaches of Lacanau and Le Porge and as it was the height of summer, there wasn’t much choice near to Lacanau. As the hotel was situated around 45 mins from the coast, I thought it might be a better option. The room was clean and bright, but it seemed very small. I was staying on my own, so with two people it would have been tight if you had a lot of luggage.
I did have to wait quite a while to be checked in, possibly 10 minutes before the bell was finally heard. I’m not one to complain, but this needs to be addressed especially if guests are tired after traveling far. Checking out, the receptionist was on the phone and just pointed where I should leave my key. No smile or acknowledgement.
