Dirty, not clean, no AC! They only make the bed and do not clean anything else, not even the bathroom!!

Bathroom was clean

We were on the 4th floor. Carpets were disgusting. The overall state of the hotel was old, paint work damaged and needed updating. After checking in and seeing the dirty carpets in the room we wanted to change rooms. This was a problem however as the lady at the reception did not speak English. the next day there was someone else and we got a different room. Apparently the carpets on the 3rd floor are not so old and dirty as the ones on the 4th floor. Hotel parking is available for EUR 8,00 per day. Can not recommend this hotel.

But the pool is big enough to swim in. And there are plenty of sun loungers. You can still see some sight (beautiful buildings nature)of st. Raphael behind the walls of the hotel. But it is a contrast. And off course, the location is perfect!!!

As if the hotel was once established as a luxury place. But now that the stars have been achieved, not much is invested to keep it beautiful nor improve it. Our ventilation was not working properly. And from the pool you look at a white-gray building with no soul or other sign of liveliness. It's a solid and boring building. There are no plants or flowers. For me a reason for not staying to long at the hotel.

it was a fraud. the hotel do not call Inter Hotel as announced (it was chsnged more than a year). Dirty room. mattress tornand. terrible quality,with insect! a shame. we called the manager and nobody answer us, They obliged us to pay 3 nights although we just stayed one. We will lawsuit them. we already filed a complaint with the health authorities for fraud.
