check-in procedure

Room was daily cleaned and organized. Staff was lovely, bathroom was decent size, clean and pleasurable. Location is in quiet part of the town and Kaufland is 5 minutes away.

Room was rather small with a tiny roof window. Accomodation is rather far from anything. The last bus connecting Neukölln Ubahn station with hotel leaves at 00:16. To get to the nearest Ubahn one should count about 20minutes. Please remember that lifts shut automatically down at 8pm. When I came back after evening show brining the suitcase three floors up was kind of challenging. My room did not provide kettle, which was a pity

the pictures of room didn’t match the actual rooms. the only window was defective and I couldn’t close it.

Very comfortable and clean

Everything was great ! Always when we go to Berlin we do stop over in this hotel. Staff is very friendly, clean ,big rooms and comfortable beds .

The pruvasive smell (fish /urine?) in throughout the hotel, the old-school (lengthy and bureaucratic) check-in, the fact that we'd register the stench of cigarette smoke (really, a hotel that still offers rooms in which you can smoke?) and the price, which did not offer value for money.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice and there was a grocery store right around the corner.

The staff did not speak any English and it was not possible to pay contactless and all ATM's were quite far away. It was quite far from the city centre but the bus stop was nearby.

Very basic and clean hotel. We were given extra pillows when requested. The blankets were 2 single sized blankets which suited us fine as we didn't have to share. Transport links were good bus stops just outside and u bahn is about 15 min walk away.

Very uncomfortable and hard bed. No food or drink facilities not even a vending machine. No air conditioning or fan so was very hot during the night.

iron would be handed by the reception and you had to iron downstairs. location was 40 min away by public transportation to city center. there was no breakfast offered and the staff don't allow you to use the kitchen space.
