La ubicación, la atención servicial del personal, las instalaciones generales, el desayuno y la limpieza general
Mejoraría los baños, pues son muy pequeños e incómodos, sobre todo el lavamanos y el WC. Además, las puertas, al tener llave manual, y al estar muy juntas las habitaciones, se escucha mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar las puertas

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff was pleasant and very helpful with directions and recommendations.
It was very hot but I discovered like most Mountain cabins they use open windows to keep the rooms cool.

Perfect location for the purpose of my trip, excellent breakfast that we fully enjoyed every single day - special thanks to the lovely lady who served us every morning. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cozy and extra clean.

I have stayed before. the reception staff are really amazing. typically knowing your name and room number after first meeting. Friendly and welcoming.
I do not recall the restaurant being almost a distinct entity with chef etc. from my last stay, but it is beautifully appointed with tasty food and an exceptional waitress who was kind enough to translate some of the menu for me and advise on wines - even showing me a pamphlet of an amazing white wine with a hoopoe on the label.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room with a comfortable bed and a separate couch. Excellent breakfast. Good location close to the lake with easy access by bus to the city centre
We ate dinner in the restaurant twice
The first time the food was very good. The second occasion the food was not good at all. The chicken dish was dry and tough - sent it back. The fish dish was overcooked. Didn’t send it back but should have
