Extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating staff. I mean seriously accomodating. 3 minutes walking distance from the local market with local shops and local restaurants. Spotless clean. Very comfortable rooms. Everything worked in the room which is rare in hotels. Beautiful breakfast area and the best staff I came across in the breakfast service.

Road congestions while driving to the hotel but shouldnt be a problem if you use taxis. Smaller breakfast serving area impacting the cuisines diversity by a little.

The staff was very helpful

I didn't like the presence of pork so clearly in front of my kids at the buffet, and the presence of wines and bikinis so clearly in front of my kids at the swimming pool, They should have made one of the swimming pools for muslims ( high and conservatives values ), and the other for all in general.

The hotel itself is comfortable enough for a staycation that you may not need to go somewhere else. It is also in a good location where you can go to nearby malls, giftshops, gold souk and many more, by walk or by taxi.
