The breakfast was ok

Really hot and stuffy. No air conditioning as advertised. Cannot open the windows to cool down, because of traffic and tram noise. Paper thin walls. The bed is hard. The water pressure is poor. Complicated tap system. The staff seemed to resent the fact that we wanted to move rooms due to constant loud room next door at midnight. A very regretful stay. The only nice staff were the barista and waiter at breakfast. Everyone else looked depressed.

A cabine do chuveiro é apertada

Excelente localização ( próximo do metrô ) e não muito distante da estação de trem de Milão.

Tem uma linha de trem na frente do hotel , que faz um pouco de barulho dependendo da localização do quarto.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Garage was convenient.

Not handicap accessible since there are 3 steps in the lobby to get to the elevator. Staff never responded to my email when I left clothing in our room.

Excellent choice for breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, good location for transport options. Room was a good size and bed comfortable, with pillow options. Window was able to be opened to provide fresh air when required.

The position of our room, right on the street next to trams which seemed to run until midnight and start before 6am. Shower was too small making it very difficult to move around. Extractor placed in a poor location meaning that when the shower was used the walls were running with steam.

bed was a bit uncomfortable and I didn’t like how breakfast was included because I’d rather pay less and not have it. room was also a bit noisy but not too bad.

Air conditioner wasn’t working and it is not possible to open the window. Room temperature was +26C.

Some of the staff was helpful but other were just rude and trying to get you to spend unnecessary money like for a taxi. The breakfast was one of the better parts of my experience however that seems to be the only thing that the hotel was accurate when not the hotel description there was no Wi-Fi my entire stay (5days) which was terrible, I tried to tell them my air conditioner was not working but it seems like they did not care. This is defiantly not a hotel I recommend for Milano.

The staff are very helpful and polite and the breakfast spread was enjoyable. When i asked to be moved to another room due to street noise she did her best to find me another room. The same lady also gave me perfect directions to the San Siro via the underground.

My First room was on the 1st floor then I moved to the 6th floor due to constant noise from the streets and trams, which run up to (3am). Paper thin walls. Can hear stomping and door slamming from floor above and all of her telephone conversations. The bathroom had a leaky shower. Couldn't open the bathroom door fully as it hit the toilet. Rooms were very disappointing and it ruined my 50th. Maybe the other rooms were nicer but judging it on my room, this should not be advertised as a 4* hotel and is extremely over priced.

Close to the Milan Termini station. Next door to metro station. Comfortable room. Buffet breakfast is excellent, kind staff. Room is spacious for what it is.

Bathroom feels a bit old and tired, saw some moldy spot near the shower. Location a bit far from central Milan if walking everywhere.

the location is alright, and the room was clean.

the window didn’t close properly, letting in the 0 degree air from outside. the rooms are poorly sound insulated. there are essentially no facilities, other than a restaurant near the entrance. the hotel does not do it’s 4 stars justice, but is more like 2-3 stars.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great.
