Péssimo isolamento sonoro entre os quartos.

To be honest, this accommodation totally exceeded my expectations. Don’t expect fancy as it’s budget but it had everything I needed for my stay. Knowing how expensive vacationing in Iceland can be, this affordable accommodation was a gem! To start off, the communication with the hotel staff was very smooth and they were extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and really helped me with lifting my heavy luggage, storing it and helping me bring it back to the bus stop. Very friendly hard working staff. The kitchen had all the kitchen essentials in order to make your own food which was handy. The room is basic but was clean and ideal for my stay. The location is very close to local Bonus supermarket, shops and coffee places and downtown Reykjavik is just a stone throw away! - a mirror missing from the bedroom that wasn’t a big problem. - no lift in the accommodation and having to walk 4 flights of stairs but that’s common in Iceland that there are no lifts in these type of guesthouses. Thankfully the staff were very helpful with helping me with my luggage.

Nice, quiet, clean hostel very close to the city center

10 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavik.

Small, lots of noise in the night, no contact with staff, beds were not comfortable. It was fine for ome night but would not wanted to have stayed longer.

La ubicación. Nos quedó cerca del punto de encuentro para hacer tours, la parada de autobús número "12" además de que hay un supermercado a la vuelta. La información brindada para efectuar el auto check-in fue de maravilla. La habitación es pequeña y está compacta para dos personas pero su calefacción es muy buena. No tuvimos frío estando a -10 grados afuera. El personal fue amable.

La cocina. Hay una en el piso 3 pero es la única para todo el edificio por lo que si quieres cocinar algo, seguro tendrás que esperar afuera donde también solo hay una mesa y 4 sillas. Muy pequeño para el número de habitaciones.

Die Lage ist sehr innenstadtnah und damit sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Buchung und Chek-In waren problemlos. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank. Alles sehr sauber.

Die Zimmer und Einrichtung ist schon sehr minimalistisch und klein. Allerdings verbringt man ja die meiste Zeit doch in der Stadt sodass dies wahrscheinlich zu vernachlässigen ist.

The location is very near to Hlemmur the bus station that connects to airport. Walking distance to so many attractions and good restaurants. The staff are very kind specially Jany who is very helpful and accommodating. Even the cleaners are also friendly and nice.

The location was great and it was a good price for where it was. The bed was comfortable, the room was a comfortable temperature, the shower nice and hot. The room was simply furnished but sufficient for our needs. Kitchen equipped OK for our needs and neighbours mostly quiet. Close by, short walk to local bus terminal and places to eat.

One morning woken early by the building works nearby. Not much sound proofing in the building, but neighbours overall considerate.

The location was good and the room was nice and warm

The guesthouse was pretty noisy, the value for money isn't great, the bathroom didn't look anything like the pictures it's tiny and outdated and everything else needs decorating.

Good location - centrally located in Reykjavik. Free parking available! Room was clean and warm, with a spacious bathroom. Check-in was efficient with very clear instructions.

It was good, but quite basic. It served its purpose but I wouldn't say it was a luxurious stay. Also, we were placed on the top floor and had many heavy bags we needed to lug up stairs - no lift, which is something to be aware of.

Eina sem mér líkaði var customer service.

Herbergið var skítugt og ónýt húsgögn í herberginu, fæ bara 10% endurgreitt sem er frekar skítt en ég neyddist til að eyða dvölinni í rvk á þessu ógeðslega herbergi. Fyrir utan herbergið var ekkert skárra, blettótt og ónýtt teppi á ganginum sem virkaði mjög skítugt. Það er líka hægt að gleyma því að fá svefnfrið þarna þar sem ALLT heyrist á milli og aðrir gestir báru enga virðingu fyrir því að annað fólk var sofandi, gargandi og hlæjandi á ganginum um miðja nótt fyrstu nóttina og tala í símann á facetime seinni nóttina. Fer aldrei aftur hingað og mun aldrei mæla með þessu hóteli. Vildi óska þess að ég gæti sett fleiri myndir með afþvi ég hef nóg af þeim.

La ubicación bien, por la noche fuimos paseando hacia la catedral de Reikiavik y sus calles principales y en 15 minutos andando llegamos! camas un poco estrechas pero bien, con parquet, habitación limpia. Para pasar una noche y marcharte por la mañana ok, pero si se busca algo más no lo recomendaría. Fácil proceso de check in y check out.

Sin duda el hotel necesita reformas en los espacios comunes: la impresión al entrar no es la mejor! Tiene una pequeña cocina para que puedas apañarte pero luego solo hay una mesa para comer y en un pasillo a lado de otras habitaciones. La habitación necesitaba ser pintada, el armario cambiado y el baño totalmente reformado. Cara por lo que ofrece! Si volviera a Reikiavik pagaría un poco más y no repetiría.

Didn’t use the kitchen or anything other then the room but it was just what we needed for our stay! 6 beds and a private bath! Room was clean and check in and out were easy!

The room was clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the building is well located, walking distance from downtown. Supermarkets and restaurants very close. And it was the cheapest room I could find near the city center.

The common areas were not very clean, but that’s mostly the guests fault. The supposedly clean dishes weren’t well washed and the bathrooms were sometimes dirty. Also, the water from the kitchen, bathrooms and room was whiteish and so we didn’t drink it (all tap water in Iceland is usually very good, but not in this hotel).

Shower was a bit clogged

The beds were super comfortable! All staff were incredibly friendly! Amazing radiator for the cold, wet rainy day in Iceland. Shared bathrooms but directly accross the hall, and there were multiple to use if any were occupied. Staff were very responsive, and any minor issues were resolved immediately. Fantastic stay over all

Rooms were very small/snug but great value for money!

Yan / Jan was the best. We rented a car and had trouble starting it up and he was a star and used his car to help jump ours.

my pillow was too big and hard for my liking however my partners was okay.
