Breakfast was ordinary. Nothing to complain. Loved the room.

Difficult to say, what we liked in the hotel except location…probably nothing more.

Be ready that photos from website absolutely different from what you get in reality… Not competent and rude manager of reception (at least as she said, I’m wondering how such person can be a manager)!!!When we came to the room after check in, we were quite shock by it size, it’s was clear, the room smaller than we have booked. My friend and me came back to reception and kindly asked if there is no mistake and that we not satisfied with what we got. The girl answered that she cannot help us anyway. And that there are no any suitable free room to propose for us. She was not nice by talking with us also…So we went to the room disappointed to leave our luggage. After 5 minutes before we go out from hotel we passed by reception and asked other girl if it would be possible to change the room tomorrow maybe and!!!!! she said she can give us new room right now!!!! Imagine how we were wondered…5 minutes ago it was “not possible” with the “manager” and now it’s so easy with other stuff… In the hotel with 4 starts there are no water in the room, also you will not find slippers and shampoo. Breakfast with few positions, very simple.

Water in bathroom good and hot. Hotel location - quiet but central for buses, trains and city centre in Old Riga. Breakfast buffet was good for all nationalities with a good array of choices to suit all..

Room nothing like the advertised pictures. Room very small for a twin room and had only one chair to sit on. Shower cabin so small you could hardly turn around in it without knock taps. No bar or real lounge, only a foyer with sofas. Staff often not at the reception desk.

Good location and although the room was okay (224), it was on the small side. Breakfasts were very good. and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The flooring both in the room and adjoining room and those above were very noisy whenever people were walking on them. It was if the wooden floor hadn't been laid properly

Small douche was Ok for us but not comfortable for large people.

I stayed in room 601 and room was very nice and clean,but only thing was the shower head was not working properly. Water was going everywhere except through shower head.

On arrival - nobody at reception. Waited for ~10 minutes, two girls and one guy came. No greetings, no sorries. Window in room is broken and do not closes fully. In winter time you have extra air... Breafast is poor like in 2 stars
