The room size is just right.
The linen and towels are ancient (needs to be replace). Toiletries were minimal, no slipper available for guest. Needs to improve the room scents to make it more relaxing/comfortable for the guest. Parking is limited so guest needs to specify it during the bookings or need to call the property in advance.

The location because it is just in front of SM North and very economic.
We had issues with the bathroom not flushing and they offered us a different room.

I love the free continental breakfast. Food was excellent everyday. The staff was very accommodating, respectful and always there to assist us. The room assistant did an outstanding job. Our room is always clean. We get our tortures supply everyday.
I only wish we had a refrigerator in our room. We bought some authentic fruits from out of town that we have not tasted for a long time. Other than that everyday was outstanding. I could have not stay in any other place than Eurotel. I will strongly recommend Eurotel to my balkibayan friends.

The breakfasts is good maybe the they can add fruits.
I booked for a queen size and they put a two full size bed together which causes an uncomfortable sleeping at night. I was keep pushing the bed together every time I woke up. It wasn’t a good sleep at all. I recommended to put one bed queen size instead of putting two bed together because those bed moves every time I move in my sleep. It’s not comfortable at all.

The room is ok, basically clean.
However, the toilet water outlet is leaking so much that we need to turn it off ourselves and its such a waste of water. Food served for breakfast is horrible! Did tried to have some dinner in their restaurant and I can only say that they have to improve harder. Its very disappointing!
