The view was magnificent, over the mountains and sea. The room was traditionally furnished and spacious. Breakfast was extra but good value continental. The staff were fabulous, especially Andreas who went out of his way to be helpful. We saw a beautiful, peaceful side to Tenerife which I'd be happy to experience again.

The shower was a little erratic but plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good, but we could help ourselves if the dining room was open. We certainly needed our hire car as local restaurants were either a long, steep walk or a short drive away, as were all local villages and attractions such as Mt, Tiede or the beach

We stayed at the suite and it was perfect for our combination of relaxing, hiking and exploring the national parks. Daily changing 3-course diner was fantastic.

The owner and the staff were very nice, helpful. The accomodation was very nice, clean, comfortable.

The room (Bougaine suite if I remember well) we got was very dark, so we moved the little table and chairs from the terrace to the bed room and spent most time there. The second day the room was not cleaned. We reserved for the dinner on the third night (Feb 28), but somehow this was lost, the restaurant was closed and we had no food.

The view, the tranquility and the chilled ways were just what I was looking for. Note: You should have a car, it’s a bit difficult to get to and around. The view comes at a steep (hill) price ☺️ It that it can get a bit cold during the night.

Nothing at all

Where to start, it was very cold and as they say it’s a barn basically so you’re not paying for luxury accommodation, the appliances are old and extremely noisy, the furniture is all very cheap and worn out, the bed is so uncomfortable that me and my partner both chose to sleep on the sofa, the shower drain is completely blocked and overflows the water into the bedroom, even though they seem to have addressed the issue before not by fixing the blockage but rather by fitting another drain outside the shower enclosure which has failed because the floor is uneven, just don’t take a shower at night otherwise you’ll be stepping through puddles to get to the bed, there’s no views outside it’s just a tree and where they hang laundry. The other reviews are misleading because there’s definitely not a good breakfast, it’s just some ham, cheese and bread and not even coffee. The WiFi doesn’t work properly and I was unable to get mobile signal at that exact spot too, no problem literally anywhere else on the island so it’s very inconvenient, the pool is very dirty and has dead insects floating all over the surface of the water, the larger rainfall shower head doesn’t turn on at all like it’s blocked and the smaller one can only be adjusted so high so I had to bend my knees while taking a shower. There’s no windows on the living room, it’s just a cold and dark room. There’s no kettle or any tea or coffee making facility in the room. They make it look nice on the listing with their photoshopped photos but the reality is far different. The place we were staying the few days before was so much nicer, had none of these problems and was half the price!

The bubble experience was stunning. I’d rather recommend to take the bubble with the jacuzzi to fully feel the night sky staying outside too. Will try it next time we have such opportunity. I’d like to repeat it.

An amazing experience of spending a night in a bubble observing the stars. The bubble is almost new, well maintained. there is everything insight for a comfortable stay. The bubble is situated in a private zone. there is a nice small terrace in front of it to enjoy some time outside. Prosecco treatment is included in the stay. overall a nice, very quiet area. The staff is very friendly, especially Cristina and Stefania.

There is a fee of €20 for late check in, which is after 20:00. It was not written when booking the hotel. And for the first time, I was charged an additional fee for late check in. The bubble gets very hot during the day, especially around midday. the staff wanted to close it before 11:00 which we perfectly understood, otherwise it would have become too hot inside and impossible to clean it. Nevertheless we kindly asked a few times to give us a bit of more time to make some photos and videos.At the end they agreed, however were obviously not happy.

Temperature in bubble at night was quite cold and the temperature of the hot tub was just warm water. Would have been nicer to be properly hot. Also breakfast was basic, continental style. No cooked foods.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rural la Correa del Almendro. Our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony in the evenings. Both the staff and other guests were very friendly. During the day the bar was open to buy drinks whilst sitting round the pool, and in the evenings the restaurant serves delicious homemade food!

Since it’s an old building, you can hear almost everything that the neighbors are doing. And there was no possibility to have a hot drink in the evening, since the room didn’t have a kettle and reception was not working.

There are literally paper walls - you will clearly hear everything from neighboring rooms, including sounds from neighbor's bathroom located just few centimeters from your bed. In combination with really loud old doors and neighbours coming home late at night, waking you up - not very pleasant experience. Beds are old and uncomfortable - you can feel the springs from matress. Breakfast was extremely poor, basically just some bread and ham, every day the same. I would suggest the owner to make it better with some local fruit and more variety of better food, or don't offer it at all. Finally, we were specifically invited to special christmas lunch by hotel owner, for a price 70 EUR. It was horrible, definitely frozen and prefabricated food from supermarket, not worth even 5 EUR. This definitely ruined the experience from this hotel. Overall we felt screwed, and it is a shame, because the place has a lot of potential.

Receptionist man was impersonal. Did not explain how to turn on tv (it was difficult - a hidden switch at the back). No-one in residence after he left at 6pm.

The property is on a plot between Vilaflor and Arona overlooking the coast of Tenerife. There is a nice garden with sitting areas, a big pool and the place conveniently has a restaurant. My room was big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

This was a really nice place, so these are really just details. It would be nice to e.g. have a water kettle in the room. The location is less convenient if you do not have your own car. The restaurant had a convenient dinner option, but it was not the best in terms of value for money.

the wifi was a nightmare, it didn’t work in our room. there was almost no 4G for my phone as well, so it is a place to run away from society for me. maybe some people like it.

Very outdated. You really had 0 options for dinner if you failed to book dinner at the hotel. One of the evenings we had no dinner. one needs to be a very confident driver to reach this hotel 😊

The location is sublime, with a panoramic view overlooking the downhill towns and mountains. There’s a pool with enough sun beds and other seats to chill and lounge. There are also other nooks and corners to sit and enjoy some reading in the sun. The rural house is typical Spanish and very picturesque. The host is super friendly and helpful and he has the cutest dog ever. Breakfast is basic but quite nice and complete with great coffee.

The rooms have squeaky floors and thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors every move and speaking. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The mattress could use an update because it was very hard. Make sure you rent a car to get around.

Very nice and cozy apartment, very good location for stargazing, is only 20 minutes away from the airport Tenerife South. The green and full of beautiful flowers territory is nice for a morning walk and you can hear birds singing. The hosts ar friendly as well.
