The workers are so polite and always there to assist

The staff whether at the reception or housekeeping or be it the restaurant, are always ready to attend to the guests.

The room was a total disappointment to the amount of money you pay.

Basically it was value for money. Room had all necessary essentials and room were aesthetic

Checkin and check out times are quite out of place

Breakfast was good and the staff was also very kind and helpful.

I booked this hotel mainly for work purposes. My experience in that respect is not very good. The Wifi service was poor, and the LAN cable internet was not functional. The lobby was always very noisy, with guest roaming and shouting. In all, it was difficult to focus on work.

It is an acceptable facility... food / restaurant area clean... rooms acceptable.

The property is on main street and very loud for rooms which face it. Understandably, that is true or any hotel in the area. The gym was closed and reason given was pandemic requirements... but they have been allowed for a while. The main complaint was management / service. Broad team may mean well, but they consistently showed a lack of customer service. First, our reservation stated specifically that we required each room to have two twin beds. When we arrived they simply said they did not have any left... despite our reservation months prior and they showed they had made that commitment. They tried to accommodate but did not apologize. Second, they consistently did not follow through with simple requests. The final evening, I asked the primary manager to complete our bill as we were leaving at 7am. He seemed he was going to take a while so I said I would return after dinner. When I returned, he was gone and nothing had been done. Another clerk began the process. When primary manager returned, the process continued as if he had never been in the process. Then he said he would do it in the morning....when in fact neither he nor many staff are there in the morning. Bottles of water originally promised, were never provided until we came down to ask. Internet... continually went down. We were an easy going team of five using 3 rooms... tipped well.. The general feel by all is that they simply have not developed a team who provides real customer service.
