Superb Accommodation for the price. Its located a little way out of Hoi An, and a short way to the beach. We had a motorcycle, so it was perfect for us. They do offer transport if needed. The breakfast is superb and all the staff are extremely helpful.

Place a bit farther to the beach and the city but uniquely peaceful and quiet what makes it special. Adults friendly. All other guests staying here definitely search for silence. No karaoke, no parties, just books and digital work as in our case. Staff is absolutely wonderful. 2 ladies and 1 man take care of everything what has graet impact on high quality of our stay. Breakfasts are delicious, rooms and area very clean.

It’s a very quiet area, the quietest I could find. It is located a little bit too far from touristy area with restaurants, but in exchange, there are no constantly running and honking bikes. All I hear at night are crickets. Sometimes there are dogs barking, rosters screaming, or neighbors listening to music, but it’s still far from the madness of the city. You can get to the restaurants crossing the bridge by foot for about 15-20 minutes or by bicycle in 10 minutes. (There’s cheap Grab bike taxi as well.) There are also a cafe and a small stall with water and stuff near the villa, but I haven’t tried them. The WiFi connection is great. There are washing machine and a drying machine for free. You can also refill the bottle. If you stay long, you can negotiate a discount.

The rooms are a bit worn out and dusty. The outside area is trashed. It’s a bit far from everything. Bicycles are rusty.

It was the best stay in all Asia! the place is amazing, very quiet, the staff is super attentive. breakfast was excellent! they provide free bicycles, so the ride to the beach is 5min and the city 10min away. I didn’t want to leave and I will definitely come back. ❤️

Lovely quiet hotel with pool and garden. Good location, halfway between Hoi An town and beaches. Try and book a ground floor room overlooking pool. recommended.

Friendly manager and staff. We had spacious room with a nice balcony towards sunset. We were the only guests so it was very quiet. Breakfast was the best part, as they were able to serve gluten free options. You can choose from eggs and bread, salad, fruits and pancakes, take all if you wish. With advance knowledge of gluten-intolerance, they can serve gf-bread and pancakes as well. I had not informed anything beforehand as I usually get no response, but here I was pleasantly surprised. Bikes are available, free of charge. They come in handy as the villa is a bit away from everything. 10 min ride to Hoi An old town. They organize airport transfer for reasonable price.

You have to get along with flies, bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, cockroaches, etc. as the villa is surrounded by woods, bushes and water. There are a lot of them in the room. You need a bike or moto to move around, since the location is a bit remote, but once you know it, it's not a problem. Bikes are not for long-legged persons :) Bring eye mask and ear plugs, if you are a light sleeper.

Everything i like.

Pleasant small resort with well-maintained and flowery garden in the middle of rice fields between the old town and the sea. Nice staff. Well-decorated and cozy room with furnished balcony and pool view. The old town and Cua Dai and An Pang beaches are easily reachable with free bike provided by hotel. Good breakfast at poolside restaurant where it's also nice to have lunch or dinner. Taxi for Da Nang (city or airport) is VND320,000 if arranged by hotel. There's a small grocery store and one or two simple riverside cafes just outside the hotel. The road leading to Cua Dai beach has many more restaurants and stores.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to CuaDai Beach. Room is clean, pool is beautiful and staff is friendly. Had an interesting and inspiring conversation with the property's owner, which made me stay an extra night. Would surely stay again.
