La cama adicional no estaba preparada,vam haber de baixar a buscar tovalloles i llençols.
Vam fer servir el pàrquing que era sota reserva i només es podia accedir amb targeta i un dels dies hi havia un cotxe a la nostra plaça.
L'esmorzar bé de quantitat però justet de qualitat.
Que la recepció estigues a la segona planta dona sensació d'inseguretat perquè tothom pot entrar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, ca 15 min zum Guggenheimer Museum entfernt.
Gepflegtes und schmackhaftes Frühstück.
Nettes Personal.
Die Garage, das Parkhaus kann man sehr schlecht finden, trotz der Beschreibung vom Empfang anhand Karte. Wir haben 2x probiert, bis ich den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgegeben habe, mit der Bitte selber zu parken.
Die Karte ist sehr klein, man findet sich gerade im dichten Verkehrt nicht so recht.
Es sollte eine bessere Möglichkeit geben, die Garage zu finden, um so schneller, wenn man müde ist - wie wir nach langer Wanderung und Reise.
Man hat etwas im Hotel laut gebohrt und das stundenlang! Der Empfang entschuldigte sich dafür… naja, eine ruhige Siesta war uns nicht gegönnt.

The hotel is ideally located for access to the Old Town, shopping and Guggenheim. Room was spacious and modern. Excellent, good value breakfast. My second stay there. Its hard to beat.
Only problem was our room cards continually failed every day, sometimes twice a day. It was annoying to have to go down to reception but staff were very helpful.

We did not like that at busy times on reception maybe only 1 person on duty or 2.when people were checking in or out there was no concierge type person to assist existing customers. Could be waiting 30 mins or more.

Das Hotel bietet keine Aufenthaltsqualität, z.B. keine Lounge, Ruhezone, Bar o.ä. Das Zimmer war für einen Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter z.B. sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet, nur ein Stuhl. Das Bad war sehr klein und zu eng. Man musste sich beim Einchecken auf eine Frühstückszeit, die zu verschiedenen Zeitzonen angegeben waren, festlegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach keinem internationalen Standard und war etwas mager bestückt. Das Rührei war aus Pulver o.ä. zubereitet, schmeckte nach nichts und war offentsichtlich orange gefärbt.

La habitación enorme, súper limpia, con una cama enorme, comodisima y almohadas muy cómodas también. Bañera en la que poder relajarse. En el cuarto de baño, había kit femenino que me vino genial precisamente en las fechas, cepillo con pasta de dientes, que también me vino de perlas porque se me olvidó mi pasta, es un detalle que no había visto en ningún otro hotel.
El servicio de habitaciones fantasía.
El desayuno de tipo buffet, muy variado, de buena calidad y con un horario fantástico.
Que tuve que ir para hacer una oposición y de la ansiedad no lo disfrute todo lo que podía haberlo hecho =_)

Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful...always a smile and hello from everyone. Rooms were decent size and very clean. Beds were huge and comfortable. Nice toiletries. A big terrace to relax on and meet up. Good breakfast choices.
No drawers for clothes/underwear. No tea/coffee making facilities.
