Good sized room with basic kitchenette. Lovely little pool - perfect for cooling off. Friendly team.
Plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 nearby
The hill up to the apartment block is extremely steep and tricky to walk if it is wet/raining.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very kind and helpful and accommodating, the thick of Patong beach but still quiet and isolated. the rooms were spacious and clean and you get everything you need within the premises.
The hill path going to the hotel. it’s a trek up and down, scooter or otherwise. no taxi wants to go up that hill.

Nice hotel and quiet very beautiful at night.
I forgot something and called back direct to asked, front desk said can come take but next day we turned up they say no have.

perfect location, beautiful view, cosy swimming pool area, very quiet and comfortable, you can ask for a long stay prices they are very affordable
some rooms really need renovation but it is still ok for this value of money

It’s a nice hotel. It was quiet and hotel area was green and pretty. I already forgot for a moment that i’m in Patong beach and it was great. I recommend.
it’s up on hill, so if you have some health issues then this place is not for you.

Big room, good shower pressure
Rusty tap water, smell of dampness in the room.
I booked room with sea view and it was more "tree view". Morning after I woke up because of work they do at hotel (cutting trees) the workers were in front of my balcony all day, so 0 privacy and 100% noise. The staff was indifferent to me and my requests. And one of the answers I had was "if you don't like you can go to another place" 😑 very polite

The pool.
The location steep hills and the pathways to the hotel is dark

Friendly staff, nice view
No night reception, no night staff, so dark environment, reaching to property is very difficult…in case of rain could be very dangerous because huge incline.

Like the resort and amenities provided
Staff was not present after 2 hour of checkout till next day morning . Reception , bar areas and cafe was empty with no person throughout the day

Nice room in a quiet location
Management and staff did everything possible to make mt stay comfortable even though I was there just for a short while
It's best to have a motorcycle to travel around. You can easily rent one from shops nearby

It’s hard to find quiet & comfortable place with a view for this value in Patong. The staffs were super nice. I was exhausted climbing up the hill when I arrived around noon. They offered me ice cold water and helped my luggage. I love to come back again.

Lack of hot water in the morning, swimming pool wasn’t the best, not enough sun-beds ( only two )

The upside hilly way becomes too difficult ! Not recommend for people who has asthma or walking up the hill issue !
