The breakfast menu was good, fruit juice or cereal, full English eggs, bacon sausage tomato fried bread, hash brown and beans. Tea or coffee and toast. The towels were brilliant white and were changed every day. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

The communal stairs and corridors were well worn.

Run down, extremely noisy during the night the smell of weed horrendous, so overpriced

The room was nice and had a view, sea just visible. Bed clean and comfortable. Good location for coastal trips. Easy parking

Very compact bathroom, tight space to use the loo!!! limited products for showering once in shower too late to go requesting more!! Hooks to hang towel and clothing in bathroom would've been useful.

Nice bar meal in the evening, and obliging staff

There was a football team staying at the hotel who stayed up all hours drinking and being incredibly loud, shouting and laughing at top volume, and banging about. Management made no provision for this, and they gathered in the room next door to mine. I had to go and knock on their door and tell them to shut up. This was at 12.30am. Thankfully they agreed to go to another room, where they partied till 3am. As a result, I got very little sleep.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, value for money..

Bit run down in hallways but are in the middle of decorating and upgrading rooms, ours was done, was clean and comfortable, have stayed here before and will again.
