I was there for a very short overnight visit but the check-in instructions were very clear and communication was great. The room was very clean, staff friendly and breakfast was wonderful

The only negative was that the room was extremely small. For my overnight stay was fine but an extended stay might be a bit uncomfortable

Full service of shampoo, conditioner, shampoo, fan, coffee/tea and electric kettle. Breakfast is very good.

There’s smoke smelling, as well as a smell of cannabis in the room. Hair dryer doesn’t do its job.

The room is very clean !!!! There are all things we needed. The location is perfect, very close to supermarket and provided the parking.

The bathroom is a bit noisy.

Breakfast could have been served a little earlier, however I was allowed to take a doggy bag as I had an early coach to catch to Orkney.

The host was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and there was no problem to park the car. The location is really good, about 5 minute walk from the main street.

This Guest house is all you could want for a stay in inverness!! Janette was a fantastic hostess her breakfasts were spatial, ideal for a day out exploring. The room was really nice clean, with comfortable bed. The welcome kit was delicious; the check in was very simple and convenient thanks to all the information provided by Janette . Which allowed me to arrive with confidence to the structure. The area was perfect in nice quiet neighborhood. Downtown, restaurants and supermarket were within easy walking distance. There was also a water dispenser and a microwave oven.

Ivanhoe is like a home from home. The rooms are warm, well presented, and the big mug which accompanies the tea set is a great way to start the day! This is my second stay, my younger son came with me this time and I was delighted to have the room I was in previously. Breakfast too was the best set up for a day out in the Highlands, Scottish hospitality at its best. Janette is a great host, and the location is ideal for town but the greater Highlands too. Hope to come back again (in fact due to return at the end of the week, before flying back to Wales)

It was on road parking and you might not be able to park near and as i am disabled it could have been an issue.
