The room temperature was awful. If you had the AC on - it has different settings but even on the lowest setting, you froze and felt a cold wind constantly blowing over you. If you switched the AC off... you couldn't breathe as it was too hot.

We chose to stay near the airport due to the short duration of our trip. The hotel has a convenient location and offers frequent shuttles to the airport, making it ideal for those who have an early or connecting flight.

During my stay, everything was great except for the fact that the hot water was not working in the shower. I had to settle for cold water, which was not a big issue for me as I didn't require hot water. However, it's important to note that the location is in an outskirt area, so it might be challenging to find groceries and other necessities.

Absoluut geen 5 sterren hotel . Badkamer aan vervanging toe . Zeer gehorige kamers. Restaurant matige kwaliteit.

Günstig. Kostenloser Schuttle vom und zum Flughafen. Wenn Sie aber schneller zum Hotel gelangen möchten, könnten Sie mit Grab (einer Uber-Alternative) für etwa 150 Baht privat fahren. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und verfügte sogar über eine Kaffeemaschine mit Nespresso-Kapseln.

Dieses Hotel entspricht dem 3-Sterne-Niveau. Hier wird niemand Ihre Koffer abholen. Beim Check-in verlor die Dame nach der Schlüsselübergabe sofort das Interesse und beschäftigte sich nur mit dem Einscannen von Pässen anderer Gäste. Wir bekamen keine weitere Information über das Hotel. Wir mussten uns selbst erkundigen, auf welcher Etage unser Zimmer war und wo der Aufzug war. Das Badezimmer hatte nur eine sehr alte Badewanne mit einem Duschvorhang. Alle Wasserhähne waren verkalkt und ohne Filter. Aufgrund der seltsamen Konstruktion der Badewanne lief beim Duschen das Wasser von der Badewanne auf den Boden. Der Aufenthalt am Pool war unerträglich. Der Pool ist klein und laut wegen der angrenzenden Straße. Es gibt insgesamt nur etwa 6 Liegen, und der Pool bietet einen Blick auf die hässlichen Gebäude in der Nähe. Außerdem roch es nach verderbtem Fisch. In der gemeinschaftlichen Toilette im Erdgeschoss laufen Kakerlaken. In der Nähe gibt es keine gut bewerteten Restaurants, daher mussten wir im Crystal Restaurant essen. Das Essen war scharf und vom Geschmack eher durchschnittlich, obwohl die Preise dem 5-Sterne-Niveau entsprachen.

Such a lovely hotel. I only wish I had more time to enjoy it! I had a quick stopover through Bangkok and it was nice to get out of the airport and into a local hotel.

空港近くて朝早いフライトだったので便利だった。スタッフもとても親切でした。また、無料のシャトルバスがあったので大変助かりました。

シャワーや洗面台の汚れやカビ、床のザラつきが気になった。あとはシャワーの水圧が弱い。

Great facility for overnight airport hotel. We enjoyed the gymnasium and the airport transfer was perfect.
