Персонал чуткий и вежливый, всегда готовы помочь, даже, если вы не знаете языка. Молодцы

Кто понимает что такое реальные 5* , то эта гостиница 3*, почему вводят в заблуждение непонятно. Номера кричат и требуют реновации, рассохшиеся двери, отсутствие сейфа/неработающие лампы с почерневшей краской на потолке ... Плесень и чернота около ванны и тд... И это семейный номер гранд. В кафе на завтраках, ребята, в гостинице 5* пластиковые тарелки 😃, треснутые кофемашины, сильно уставшая мебель... Рекомендую сильно тем кто любит комфорт и не хочет удивляться и портить отпуск выбирать не менее, чем Мариотт на ялонгбей. Удачи🍀

Красивая ухоженная территория . Персонал старается помочь , но не знает английский. Уборка в номерах норм .

Пластиковые тарелки на завтрак .Есть из пластика Завтрак сок аля юпи , тотальное отсутствие овощей - ни разу не было и помидоры и огурцов вместе , всегда что то одно .Стаф на завтраке приходится звать когдв заканчивается кофе /йогурт, сами они не умеют видимо отслеживать когда надо пополнить кофе , молоко, йогурт.Рыжая вода из под крана эпизодически. Плесень в санузлах чёрная в швах плитки. Бассейн глубиной по пояс .Муравьи в номере. Грязные пляжные полотенца , недостаточное количество шезлонгов на весь отель - я за неделю !! Ни разу свободный не нашла шезлонг на пляже . Вместо крана обмыть ноги (ванна 👎для ног , привет грибок ) , душа вообще нет на пляже . Это трешка с красивой территорией , уставшая от жизни и требующая реновации. Проживают в отеле 70% русских / из которых большинство из Норникеля - им эти путёвки туда выдают .

Территория отеля великолепна, бассейны, пальмы, лежаки, мостики, гамаки. Персонал помогает решать все вопросы, через переводчик. Разговаривают на китайском.

Полотенца, халаты староваты.

Номер прям очень , сказочная территория , персонал , бассейны , gym , море , месторасположение , удобные лежаки , практически всё идеально.

По мелочам : маловато лежаков у моря и бассейна , English даже на ресепшн на пальцах , и почему то полное отсутствие крючков для полотенец в санузле.

location is good, close to the beach

we booked a tour from the hotel and it was total scam. The information given to us was limited and only when we arrived with our “guide” at the location after 50 minutes drive we were told to pay additional money for the park attractions which was 5 times the fee to book the tour. We were not given any choice by the “tour guide” who was essentially just someone to drive us there and make us buy very expensive tickets. The choice given was expensive tickets and extra expensive tickets. when we contacted the hotel they offered to refund us for the additional tickets the “guide” make us buy but not the initial cost of the tour, which we found not fair. We booked the tour from the hotel for the convenience and out of trust to the hotel, but clearly we were just being naive. Overall the service of the hotel is lackluster. the staff are more interested talking among themselves than giving service to the guests, and facility clearly dated. we stayed there for the vicinity to the beach and the garden/pool, but being scammed by a tour booked from the hotel was a first and certainly never to be repeated.

Steve was great, he can speaks English and he helped us for everything. the location is great, and the kids club amazing.

the humidity in the room, the breakfast (too many people, dirty tables, poor quality); the cleaning in general was not good.

the location is good. A lot of deliveries available. There is also Starbucks and McDonalds near the hotel in case if you get tired of Chinese food. The dinner buffet is great in the hotel on the opposite side of the road. On the beach the hotel staff will always find a free beachchair for you

if breakfast is not included to your room price, then don’t buy it at all. Poor variety of food, even the Chinese food on breakfast wasn’t really satisfying. Definitely doesn’t worth 99-130 yuan.

Perfect location. Just few minutes to the beach and in the centre of the bay. Great choice of restaurants must in front of the hotel. Beautiful gardens and pools. Like in a botanic garden. Loved the plants. The room was comfortable especially the beds. It was cleaned every day and the towels were of good quality. Cannot complain

Only breakfast could be improved. During few days too many people and the food was grabbed. The personnel tried to make the tables as quick as possible but still difficult to find a place. The food mainly Chinese style breakfast which was always the same rather cold. This could be improved
