Cama e quarto confortável e a construção é linda. Espaços amplos para convivência.

Locker pequeno (não cabe mochila de 50l) e falta de espelho no quarto. Café da manhã muito simples e repetitivo (fiquei 4 dias e foram os mesmos itens de café que ofereceram). Qualquer coisa diferente (como huevos revueltos é pago).

O hostel é muito confortável. Ficamos em um quarto de casal com banheiro privativo. O silêncio foi respeitado, a limpeza é incrível, e ainda achei o quarto bastante grande.

O café da manhã tem somente pão, bolo e bolacha. Não gosto de comer tanta farinha. As opções de frutas e ovos são pagas.

The location was nice, just a couple of blocks off the Main Street. The common area was really nice, with an outdoor balcony to relax on. And the lockers were nice and large.

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed bothered when I talked to them, and when checking me in, one seemed to be under the influence of something. The hostel offers discounts on activities, but the staff couldn’t be any less help in booking them. I had to go and book with the provider directly. The wifi in the hostel did not work the entire time I was there. If you want wifi you need to go find a nearby cafe or restaurant to eat at. This is not an El Calafate issue, it is just an issue at this hostel. The breakfast wasn’t very good either.

The breakfast was always the same and was from the day before “old”. The wifi was not very good

The location is well-situated, in the centre of town. It had an amazing, powerful shower. Breakfast was nice- facturas( argentinian pastries). Room was clean and spacious. A lively feeling, without being too lively.

Lockers are a little bit small to put big backpacks inside.

The hostel is in the city center and near from the main street where are the restaurants and souvenir’s stores. Our room was huge (for 5 people) and super comfortable. It’s like a hotel room.

When we arrived, the staff in the reception wasn’t so helpful or friendly. But, in the other days, everyone was super kind.

The personal was nice, and they helped us the booking of tours in and around Calafate, which was really great!

The breakfast was included and as usual in all Argentina it consists of cookies and many drinks. But they also have actual food (like omelette) or diversity (like fruits), but you get it only for extra cost, which I don't find it normal since the booking included breakfast.

The location is very good, it has a well regulated temperature, comfortable beds, and you can have a hearty breakfast

The plugs could be better located, the lockers could be a bit bigger, the top beds don't have guardrails and don't have good stairs either

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the male staff he gave recommendations in town aswell and always smiling 😃 love how it's close to everything.

Doors, they need fixing

The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. The private room was clean, quiet, spacious and amazing value for money. It was a very quick and easy walk away from the main street, and most day tours picked me up from the front door of the hostel.

We stayed in a doubled-bed room with our own bath - very well located hostel - friendly staff - a lot of people coming and going

- breakfast is just white bread with jam or some very sweet cake snacks… thats it… for other food you have to pay - this was very disappointing - the is mold in the bathroom cause the whole door is made out of wood
