Excelente hotel, muy cómodo, limpio y con muy buenos servicios. El personal una maravilla.

It's good location with great proximity to the river. Easy access to shopping mall with good collection of food and drink. The gym facilities are impeccable. Great breakfast collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

As the breakfast is buffet style, some guests have bigger eyes than their stomach resulting in such waste of food. During our stay, there are some guests always coming to life almost mid-night making a lot of party like noise for hours disrupting other guests resting time, which are not in Harmony with a very discreet environment.

-Me esperaba jacuzzi con la piscina, supongo que debe estar con la sauna (opcional que no cogí) -Estando en habitación alta (35) escuché algo de ruído: algún vehículo potente, televisión con sonido muy alto de habitaciones contiguas y luego un motor continuo que debía ser algun extractor o la bomba de calor

La vista espectacular del río Han desde mi habitación, el upgrade que me permitió acceder al Conrad Seoul's EXECUTIVE LOUNGE, la amabilidad del recepcionista que me atendió, pues al ver que llegaba de un largo viaje desde Perú me brindó un late check-out hasta la 1 de la tarde y solicitó llevarme sales de baño a mi habitación para relajarme. La piscina semiolímpica fue genial para relajarme después de un largo viaje. Finalmente, al salir un recepcionista me acompañó a pedir un taxi por aplicativo hasta mi siguiente hotel y se despidió amablemente.

Solo me quedé una noche y para mi mala suerte el sauna estaba cerrado ese día.

The location and facility of the hotel is good.

Two particular incidents made me feel I would not want to stay in Conrad next time. 1) I am a frequent business traveller and i have stayed in Conrad multiple times. Due to some personal reasons that I would need to change my reservation, but the staff was very strong in their denial of the request despite it was still 2-3 weeks away from the actual date of stay and I offered a few options as well; it made me feel that the staff didn’t try to help but rather, only tried to close the case single-mindedly. 2) During my stay, for some reason, they deactivated my room card. I used the phone at the floor where I stayed and called the staff for help. Instead of coming up to help, the staff requested that I go down to get my room key reactivates. Once downstairs, I got requested to show the credit card I used for the booking (which I left in my room). I told them it’s not with me and instead I have my passport with me. They claimed that they have to swiped credit card for validation and requested that I go up to the room and bring the card down. At that instant, I was annoyed and asked them why I have to come down again. Later, a manager came and told me that he would go upstairs with me and brought the card down for validation. What I still do not understand is why I need to go through so many troubles for something that’s wrong in their system/database, etc. It made me feel there is no thinking on behalf of the guest and everything is simply ‘this is a rule/policy’. Moving forward, really doubt I would be staying on Conrad willingly. For the price it charges, the attitude and service level of the staff is mediocre.
