The accommodation was in a very convenient location. The room was clean and well equipped. A good place to stop off when on a tour of the highlands.

Location amazing, great size family room,balcony was a lovely addition, fresh and modern

Room was very warm ,but weather had been too so can't really blame hotel but bear in mind if travelling in summer

The room was spacious , well equipped and spotless.lots of tea,coffee etc The beds were very comfortable.Our window and balcony looked straight onto the canal which was a bonus Great one night stay hopefully will return

Modern room with simple but effective furnishings. Shower was exceptional. Comfortable bed and all facilities great. Breakfast was extra in the cafe but good value for money.

Would have liked a slightly earlier check in than 430 pm but no complaints.

Noise of other guedts next door guests peeping into my bedroom from their patio. TV with a diabolicsl remote. Road noise .

Lovely rooms recently decorated and very comfortable. Perfect location for a short stay.

A little expensive for a self check-in property but you are supporting the Canal trust by staying here. Mirror in bath room was not practical as very small and poorly lit.. The faux porthole design was style over substance.

When we arrived there was no one at the property and no one answered our numerous calls. As a result, we had to look for another place to stay.

Lovely little spot, with great views. A good breakfast in the cafe downstairs and we were ready for the next stop on our journey. Good fans in the room which were much needed.
