Attractive old style guesthouse convenient walking distance from the train station and the center. Reni was a great host - she helped me find a hairdresser and provided tea in the morning even though there was no breakfast option

More than anything the food in the restaurant, it’s superb. The staff are relaxed, helpful and welcoming. And a bonus for us was the close proximity to the town and the train station.
If, like us you prefer traditional hotels over modern ones, I would highly recommend the Old House.

The hotel is quaint and traditional but very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food and service in the hotel restaurant are exceptional, particularly for us the lamb soup and mixed sach. It is ideally situated close to the the town centre within a few minutes walk.

It is a great house in old Bulgarian style. It is very well maintained. The staff is friendly, supportive and flexible. The house is located in the center of the town. Great place to stay!

Room with zones, felt almost like a separate apartment. Atmosphere of the old traditional house. Very warm in winter.
There was no possibility to boil water (we travel with small kids and needed it a lot), although there was a restaurant on the first floor and some way out could be suggested, but wasn't. The ceilings are super low in the room, if your height is no more than 150 cm it is ok:)
Could be a bit cleaner, the were some pieces of glass on the floor, but towels and bed linen were clean and tidy.

Really comfy. I would totally recommend if you are a couple. The restaurant was exceptional and everything was really tasty.

Nice and helpful staff, bulgarian authenticity, delicious traditional food in the restaurant. We extended our stay to a total of 8 days in order to stay in this beautiful house longer.
The first night it was a little cold, but then it was fixed.
