the staff is nice and it’s clean. great location. 15-60 minutes from the beach with motorbike. you can rent it across the street. and next to it you can bring laundry and have a good massage.

Staff were all super friendly with smiles always, rooms were clean and the location was great, easy walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely come back.

Good location close to everything you need. Hot showers and pool area nice. WiFi worked well and there is parking.

The property does not really look like it’s main picture pool area wise. We requested a twin room so had to be moved as this wasn’t done. we were then moved to a room that had not been cleaned so that wasn’t great. The hotel was unable to provide a packed breakfast for our early flight which was disappointing. our room was ok but a large cockroach in the night was off putting. The doors need to fit better to stop such.

toilets flushed, lights worked, bed good, air con cooled, shower water was hot. staff friendly . location good.

no storage space in room, no chairs. no drying frame so place looks like a refugee camp with washing drying everywhere , breakfast was poor (how about some rice/noodles even?) million $ TV in room does not show local television, relies on people using own or others Netflix etc logins

The staff were incredible. Outside space was lovely. The basic rooms had the shower in the room ( not a separate room) which wasn't a great design. We got upgraded to the superior room which was v. Nice. Breakfast was simple.

Perfect location in Kuta Lombok, clean and quiet.

Allthough the pool area is not any more as projected (double beds are gone), it is still a nice outside area. Price/quality ratio is great. Rooms are specious and clean. Breakfast is limited but fine. Staff is always there to provide usefull tips with regards to the area/restaurants. Kuta area is amazing. Lots of restaurants and the many bays are wonderfull. Get a scooter (via the hotel) to disclver the suroundings.

My experience in Kuta Baru was outstanding. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to many places to eat and all kinds of services. The staff is the best thing about the hotel, always ready to help with anything you need and always with a smile. They helped me to rent a motorbike, look for surfing spots, do the laundry.... It was so wonderful that I was going to stay two nights and extended my stay up to 1 week. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is very good and the pool is super nice. Totally recommendable, I will definitely come back again!!

bedrooms had no decoration so felt like a prison. stairs leading up to room were steep and crumbling. sink leaked onto everything. breakfast was terrible! “French toast” was just dry toast with no egg or syrup and only 3 berries. “Breakfast quesadilla” had no cheese and tasted a bit rancid?
