This was our 3rd time staying in this great unit. Unit itself is well appointed, and the location is perfect. You are steps from the pool (out the rear sliding doors) and the beach access (from your front door). Our kids loved the newly renovated pool area, and of course the amazing beach. Communication with the owner was great. Sandy responded immediately to all questions and concerns. We will be back next year!

Great location near Parksville and Rathtrevor Beach. Short drive to Coombes, Englishman River and many other fun places to visit! Host is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.

Clear, accurate intructions re: check-in/out. Online descriptions accurate. Wonderful location. Would highly recommend this rental to families with children.

Family of 5 did this trip, and was excellent. Lots of amazing food and amenities nearby. The parking wasn’t too far from the condo, and had sidewalk to the ground floor entrance. Other guests and community residents were friendly. The short trot down the walkway and rampway was fun for the kids and it was a beautiful place to come out on the beach for low tide searching and high tide adventures. Extremely excellent hot tub setup, kids loved it (pool looked like it would be great in normal season).

Great condo for any stay. Good value and the closest condo to beach access in the resort which was nice. Condo is modern, very clean and well stocked.

Enjoyed the property, only issue was some forgotten dust bunnies above the TV in the corner, not a big deal took care of them myself. The location was great, unit had everything you would need.

Great location to beach

I have never left a negative review at a property I have stayed at with Vrbo This unit in our opinion needs a thorough sanitizing and update The things that needed to be addressed ,in a time where cleanliness is so very important are many ..... 1.The shower curtain liner was extremely smelly,old and dirty 2.The sheets on the second bedroom were old and rough as well as the pillows were very old and flat 3.The stovetop set off the smoke detector the FIRST and only time we used There was burnt food under the burners 4.The toaster and sink area had not been cleaned properly 5.The fridge was dirty 6.The screen door in the second bedroom was missing Could not open the blinds as the verticals adjuster pole fell off in my hand as I turned it 7.The washing machine was not working. A problem they’ve evidentially had before 8.The shower fixture did not work properly Too many things to list The owner did try to assure me that’s things would be fixed but we felt that they should be addressed between renting out the property ...as we didn’t want repair men in while were trying to relax Overall we loved the short walk to the beach ...but I had the worst sleep and had to go out to eat as I didn’t want to clean the kitchen from someone else’s mess before we cooked We were not satisfied with this property and at no time were we offered a reduction in rate or a refund We’ve stayed at several Vrbo properties and unfortunately not this one ever again Not the way a person wants to remember a holiday!

This was probably the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. You really don't need to bring any of your own dishes or cooking utensils--everything is there. BBQ worked well. This unit is very close to the beach ramp as well. We would stay here again in an instant!

The apartment was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need, and there were also chairs, and beach toys, and it’s always great to have a washer and dryer! This unit had a great location just a few Minutes from the beach.

This was our second stay at this unit, and once again it met all of our expectations. Unit itself was clean, modern and well supplied. It’s located close to the pool (which was closed due to construction during our stay), and right next to the path heading down to the beach. Sandy was very easy to deal with, and promptly replied to all of my queries. We plan on returning again next summer.

The process was seamless and the property was as listed. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and the location. We’ll be back.

Lovely stay. Condo is fabulous, outfitted with everything we needed and more. Super clean. Unfortunately the pool was under construction (and the view is currently of a construction site). Otherwise perfect stay, thank you.

The property was clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. Very close to beautiful beach. Property owners a pleasure to deal with. Would very much recommend.

We had a wonderful time here. The beach is amazing! The park is nearby. The place had everything we needed. There was a playground for the kids there. It's too bad the pool was not open yet, that would have made it even better.

Was necessary to wash all towels as they smelled( like they had been left wet) or not properly dried. Also very unclean under the couch !! We apologize for having to leave a few items in the refrigerator as were unable to transport through the U S. !! But otherwise all was good!! Thank you!

We come to Parksville every summer and this was our first time staying at this resort. It was definitely our favourite! The pool is great for kids and the unit is the closest for beach access. The unit has everything you need . We had a great time. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed. Sandy was very accommodating and even left us a bottle of welcome wine. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of resort type amenities - barbecue outdoor dining table on patio looking over expansive lawn. Two bicycles, beach chairs. Furniture very comfortable, wifi worked great, and place was very clean. Only concern was the thick foam pad on top of the mattress on the king bed made the bed a bit too soft for us. So we ended up moving to and sleeping in the twin room. Suppose we could have removed the foam pad and replaced it at the end or our stay. But all in all a great stay and we definitely will come back.
