Great location in centre of town, 1min walk to the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast.

Very beautiful room, the crew is very nice, and the breakfast is very correct. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the main station by foot, perfect.

TV was slow, small and not a smart tv Coffee machine problems Spa was closed Rude staff on several occasions Waiting in the cold and rain whilst the receptionist was on the phone, wasn’t the warmest welcome. Charged an extortionate rate for the mini bar, was told (somewhat aggressively) that we shouldn’t have had the waters, beer and small Pringle can in there as it’s so expensive. We should have had one or the other. Was told that there was a price sheet regarding this on top of the fridge, this was not true. Response to this was “we are a 3 star hotel, what do you expect?” Had to fill out a lengthy form when we arrived even though the receptionist had a sheet with our details printed on it already?

Breakfast was not included, it wasn't that great for the cost

We were on the top floor where all the lighting in our room was located over and around the bed so we had to use our phone torches to see into our drawers , which were located on the opposite side of the room.

the location is perfect ! Close to old town and to the gare Cornavin ! The staff was super nice and they offer an amazing breakfast at the coffee house inside the hotel.

The shower space was very small , it was difficult to move inside it and Im a tiny person . And they have some mold spots in it .
