The hotel design is absolutely stunning and the location was very convenient- close to a shopping mall and also the famous 798 Art District. All staff were excellent, polite and very helpful. I would like to personally thank the Assistant Director of Lifestyle, Frank who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. Our room was beautiful- extremely comfortable and very clean! Overall, we were so impressed and will definitely be staying here again in the future and also recommending our friends.

Breakfast wasn’t very fresh.

This was a wonderful stay. Frank, the manager ensured that every detail was looked after. From helping me book a table for New Year’s Eve to a fruit basket in my room. This attention to detail is truly appreciated. You really feel like every request is carefully looked after.

It would have been great if the breakfast went a little later… it was New Year’s Day.

Whenever I stay at Nuo, I feel right at home. Everything from the luxurious beds to the exquisite bathtubs to the delicious room service is top-notch. Let's not forget the service, which is outstanding. Frank always makes sure I am taken care of and makes me want to come back again and again. The world-class buffet at Nuo is unparalleled and I don't ever want to stay anywhere else when I'm looking for a stay-cation in Beijing.

Everytime I visit BJC, Nuo will always be on my list no matter what the purpose of the trip is. Switched to three guestrooms due to hygiene and sound. Found a insect on my last day of stay attached image). Spoke to the morning manager in the lobby twice, while the night manager came in the room inspected and vanished like it wasn’t an issue on the second night; rather had a cleaning manager come in and insisted perhaps it was an a/c leak to the cause of the tub dirtiness prior to inspecting. Management here is clearly an issue. With a background in this professional industry of hospitality design, this is highly unacceptable for a luxurious hotel for all the hygiene issues during covid period. Came here for leisure and personal trip turned into a tiresome nightmare every single day (4 days stay) The hotel staff does not seem to be bothered, quite like the hotel is under-staffed. The basic service and management requirements are exceedingly poor. 100% the most disappointing experience from Nuo since checkin. Will never choose to stay here again.

Nice and clean location. Quite, did not notice any particular attention form the staff.

Room and cleaning service was too frequent. Light sensore- prefer on and off switches. Not a good view at the location. No replenshment of food.

Nothing stood out marking this as a quality hotel. It was more like a grandiose 3-star establishment.

The AC in the hotel was very weak. On a hot, smoggy, and muggy day in Beijing, the main thing you want from a luxury hotel is good reliable climate control. The room service selection and quality were also poor. And with no breakfast included, this was doubly disappointing.

Location. The bathtub overlooking the city. The food. Yummy brunch and room service.

The TV. Sound was off.

The pool and sauna were amazing. The restaurants they offer are incredible. The hotel also has amazing staff. The entire staff is the best part of this hotel and why we’d consider coming back. They were all so friendly and many spoke English.

Only two minor issues. Our room was very hot most of the day as the A/C never cooled the room. The other issue is there was a condom in the floor of the hallway just outside our door when we checked in and stayed there until after breakfast the next day. Not exactly what you expect to see first thing after checking into a hotel of this quality.
