It is a small paradise with great food and good hosts doing the best they can. All the personel are kind and super helpful. The rooms are very clean and well equipped and the pool is brilliant. The estate is a dream place for nature lovers!

My husband and I stayed at Tranquil Resort in the midst of the monsoon season in November 2021 right after our wedding. Staying at the resort was a quiet and peaceful experience especially after the hectic days of our wedding. Tranquil is a stone's throw away from the main road but is a haven to escape busy lifestyles. The resort houses suite rooms within a cottage, and two treehouses. There's something for everyone at Tranquil- board games to play, dogs to pet, a pool to relax, and the owners have also charted out a few hiking routes for the adventure-hungry, of various difficulties and durations. The treehouse by Tranquil that we stayed in is nestled in a perfect setting within a coffee plantation in Wayanad, only a short scenic drive away from Kozhikode. The resort is equipped with all the necessary amenities and the owners (Ajay and Nisha) and on-site manager (Swamy) went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. They tailored the menu for each meal according to our dietary preferences. The meals were prepared in small quantities using a farm-to-table concept, so they always felt fresh and home-made. They also have their excellent in-house cocktail, the Tranquiliser, a refreshing drink! Tranquil is an excellent choice for those who want to escape info the nature for a couple of days. I highly recommend the resort, especially the treehouse and hope to revisit soon.

Excellent hospitality, Ambiance, and environment. The breakfast and location were too good.

Tree villa, the privacy and serenity that it offers. Tree villa is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and away from reception and other rooms giving total privacy. Variety of birds in the estate and flowers.

No room service (though we got dinner served in room). No toiletries (dental kit), overpriced.

Wash basin tap i got baby frog, contaminated water.. Same time checkef out, food poison got admitted in hospital

Rooms can be more modernised !!

I liked how private the whole experience felt like. We stayed in a deluxe room, away from the main entry and the overall experience was memorable. The walking trail choices are very good, the ambience in and around the property is remarkable and the food served is delicious. There are hundreds of species of birds inside the acres of property and there are areas to explore inside the property itself that I thoroughly enjoyed. The attitude of the host, his family, his employees and his dogs deserve special mention, it was a joy to spend a couple of days at Tranquil Resort.

Two minor issues that wouldn’t be the deciding factors for most travellers looking for a getaway - internet & road leading to the property. If you spend INR 13K per night, you expect internet to be available in your room. Unfortunately, wifi is only available in the common area. There is a 5-minute slow drive from the gate to where you are going to stay and road wasn’t in a good condition. It’ll be a breeze for SUVs but take care if you’re in a sedan. These concerns have been conveyed to the host to improve their already excellent service and shouldn’t be a big issue for most travellers.

440 acres of forest and coffee. Beautiful weather from night fall. Awesome food. Great people. Ajay the Manager is a great host too.

Nothing I could think of honestly. Except may be the rats troubling us in the tree house during the night.
