good location and great place

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged for the boat ride in evening and were always available for my elderly parents. They rooms were clean and we asked for river view rooms. Our rooms had excellent view of the ghats and we enjoyed the sun rises from the room. We requested them to arrange boat rides and guide for the temple visit. And they provided good services for those. Though if you look around you might get these for cheaper but we were traveling with elderly parents and could not look around for cheaper services. But when we later compared the prices, the hotel had provided us pretty reasonable prices. There were issues with the new geyser installations but it was sorted the next day. They provide fresh bedsheets and towels and supplies when asked at the reception, instead of everyday. Location itself makes up for all other minor issues. The people at the reception are very respectful and helpful at all times.

There was no room service and it would have helped elderly parents and people with little kids to order directly from room service.

Location just on the ghats. By sitting on the balcony u can watch the beauty of Ganga river .

No door handle, bracket missing in bathroom, Door bolts not proper, no calling bell & bed lamp. Water accumulation in bathroom No proper drying facilities for clothes in balcony. Rooms and corridor needs more renovation.

location. that’s the USP. right on the ghat and walking distance to Arti point, main market and eating joints.

The view is really good, on the banks of the ghats, location is near from dashasamed ghat. A great view of sunrise from the room.

It's a tad bit pricey given the quality of the rooms and the furniture and decoration. Given the price they should maintain it properly, otherwise it's great.

the restaurant is not having welcoming staff

Requested a cancellation as had to leave Varanassi a day early. The hotel had the option to approve this but has not, which is hugely disappointing as we stayed there and over paid 2 nights already in my wife's name.

The room did not reflect the pictures We booked an extra night originally that we did not need and requested a refund, however this has not been granted! Cleanliness wasn't great! Far too much money for what it was as well!! Constantly questions about going on tours

It has an amazing location with the ganga right in front of it.

Location of this place is just excellent. Situated on Chaussathi ghat. Ghat can be enjoyed from balcony of one's room, from roof-top restaurant and one an climb down few stairs and be on ghats itself. Dashashwamedh ghat is just 300-400 meters away. Kashi corridor is just 2km away and one can reach there by walking on ghats. Staff's behaviour is good. Special mention to Pandey ji (reception). He is very sweet. Onwer of the property is also very helpful. He helps me with the change which is rare commodity near ghat area. Mattresses are comfortable.

The room had a good view

The room was much smaller than what we ordered, we had to argue to get breakfast (which was included in our booking) and we were debited twice for the stay. We made reception aware of this at the time and they did nothing. You should avoid such a dishonest hotel.

Staff attitude is indifferent and arrogant, it was most unpleasant thing about my stay. No friendly vibes here whatsoever. Mouse in the room. Toilet broken. Breakfast no good.

The location on the Ganga was beautiful. it was great to see the River at sunrise and take in the peaceful setting at night.

I was put in the hands of a guide that proved to be untrustworthy. He befriended me and called me brother but then I ended up being placed in the midst of a scam that I am currently dealing with. I don’t think I will find myself in Varanasi again due to this experience.
