Hotel staff were amazing! The guys in reception were so friendly. They really helped validate the excursions I found online to ensure they were geniune.
My room was right by the main road and so it was just constant noise traffic and horns beeping. Some of the room looked outdated as towels were completely clean and there was a huge crack in my sink. Last day I asked for late checkout and was moved to another room, that location was a lot better as from the road and room was very pleasant.

very good location and staff was very helpful especially Mr Manoj Pati he made our stay very pleasant. he was very professional understanding and helpful at all times.

The staff are excellent but the management are bit greedy in adding on charges like extra for early check ins or late check outs they don’t consider the future relationships but the staff and service were excellent, would definitely go back

I would expect a fridge and plates will be given for my room as i need to ask everytime the hotel staff for plates and keep my drinks in fridge and water bottles

Staff was very polite and cooperative but the property was under renovation. Could not use the pool due to renovation. Why the name Resort. It’s just a basic hotel

Was a good stay, comfortable and nice.
The fridge was not working and i got visited by a rat who kept coming from the balcony.

Once checked-in, we found that the dust-bins were not cleaned. It had waste in it and lot of cig buds.
First day there was very frequent power fluctuations.
There were not enough toiletries and they said they will charge us for dental kits. We had paid for 3 pax and the toiletries and tissues were not adequate enough.
The staff were good and helpful though.
