The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, if a little far from the nearest village. The rooms are well designed and spacious and the housekeeping staff do a great job. The reception staff were very helpful in booking tours for us.

Whilst the food was generally good, the restaurant was very busy and seemed too small for the number of guests. Some other guests (and their children) did not seem aware of how to properly conduct themselves at the buffet and it felt a little unhygienic. Perhaps a little more supervision at the buffet by staff would be beneficial.

Hospitality, location and aminities

Basketball court could be better maintained. Credit card was declined through booking.com. But at the property, same credit card was accepted so this needs to be sorted out.

Really good location and good ambience. The restaurant staffs were really friendly. we booked candle light dinner and really felt special with all the spoiling and special treatment so we booked the candle light dinner for our parents the next day. The resort had a children’s activity room along with some activities for adults like table tennis, pool table etc. the evening live chai kada was really amazing. At night they also had camp fire with music. we all enjoyed the stay.

If you are travelling there for work, the internet speed is very poor we were getting max 2mbps only. we called the reception multiple times and they send the maintenance team but they couldn’t do much. we had booked the private pool villa, which was among the most expensive stay there but they either turned off the pool filtering or it stopped working. we only used the pool on the first day. we called the reception but they didn’t send anyone. so was a bit disappointed as we felt it was bit off a ripoff. anyone planning to book the private pool villa, just use the public pool instead.

We got a room in the last minute when we didn't get a room elsewhere in Munnar. The staff were welcoming.

The amount was too expensive for a room that was very small and had no view of the mountain or a balcony. No additional service like laundry or breakfast was included so we expected the room to be very good for the price but the room did not meet our expectations. The room smelled like cheap room spray and the restaurant staffs were busy as it was the holiday season and the service was not quite good even though the food was good.

Room was great. Had good AC. Resort was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was really good. Views from our room were amazing.

To get to the resort, you have to go through very badly maintained roads. They are muddy, damaged, and if it rains, the water collects in the cracks. Make sure your vehicle is able to handle the roads. The showers take +5 mins of runtime to get hot water.

The staff was super nice, smiling and helpful, special kudos to Arunjith, Reju and Anoop ! Highly recommend this place to soak in the view from Munnar.

The breakfast could have been better.

The breakfast was generous and delicious. Dinner buffet has decent choices and varieties. Restaurant largely accepted some of the special food request. The facility was serene, clean and the staff was good. The room was decent. The exterior design with the creeper was astonishing. The giveaway picture was thoughtful to save some memory. Parking was good and price of the room was decent.

The road to the resort was not only terrible but dangerous. We had to rush back before it was dark just because of the 2 KMs stretch road was a horrible and no decent lighting.

fabulous hotel and the room was large and very comfortable. the staff were just brilliant. The restaurant was really good with lots of choice . my husband has a special diet and he was really looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them. They organized trips for us which were brilliant and very in expensive . We loved it .

The only issue was the road up to the hotel it’s very bumpy.

We really liked the room and the view from the room. In-room service was a little slow, but the breakfast and dinner buffets were satisfactory and filling. The kid's playroom was really cool with a lot of options making it a good stay for parents with toddlers or little kids.

We had asked for laundry service multiple times, but no one came to pick it up.

room service was really bad , I ask for iron and iron stand and they send it in 30 minutes after making 4 calls , food verity was less and taste was also not really good
