The property was okay, I enjoyed the beach view more than anything

We were booked on the 10th floor which made us very uncomfortable because were travelling with the kids and couldn’t relax and be at ease as we had to always watch out for the kids, I think next time they should be considerate and check the kids age or rather ask if we would be comfortable to stay on the highest floor Again, every morning we did not had hot water, we constantly had to bath in cold water, this is the reason why I hate to be booked in apartments The basin for the main room was not functioning properly and the lid is not closing

Magnificient Views of the harbour entrance and the ocean. Comfortable Beds. Loads of cupboard space. Safe. Secure access . Adequate parking. Lovely living areas. Cleaning staff did a great job and should be commended.

Both showers leaked all over the floor due to poor drainage, leading to spoiled clothing and a slipping hazzard. We had to put all the towels on the floor to manage the water. There is not enough cutlery in the kitchen . There were also drunk noisy neighbours on Friday and Saturday nights that spoiled our stay somewhat. They came home well after midnight , left all their apartment doors and windows open, and carried on their drunken party ruining our nights sleep.

The apartment is very spacious and clean

Not all the lights were working, it was very dark in the lounge. The light at the balcony didn’t work at all. I couldn’t take any pictures. The doors going out to the balconies didn’t lock.

In all essence the property location is excellent ,the quietness the environment ,the room was awesome everything working like it supposed ,house keeping was perfecto ,

There was no menu in the rooms for room service

Everything about the place is amazing, great view to the ocean, fresh breeze from the ocean all day. It's at the centre of everything, walking distance to the ocean, to Ushaka, restuarants and its very safe even at night, the area is surrounded by securities and police vehicles are always patrolling.
