Great staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Helped with transportation for an early morning flight, a room fan, a luggage weight scale and a helpful hand with the luggage. Very clean rooms.

The food menu was lacking and a definite need for restaurants nearby.

The hotel is literally walking distance from the airport through a safe neighborhood, even late at night. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The family room was spacious and the beds were great. The breakfast crew was also very welcoming.

We were caught off guard by the fact that the hotel is located near a factory that made undulating humming sounds all night. Being so close to the airport we expected occasional airplane noise (there was none the night we were there) but not factory noise.

Very close to airport, 500m. Spacious room, good shower. You can have some (very limited) food and drinks at the hotel.

Room closest to reception: noice from outside, noise from people talking to receptionist all the time. Taxi ride was recommended because we had to leave at 4am. Hotel arranged it for 60 quetzal, that's a lot of money for 500m.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient for a stopover. Breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful.

The rooms are small, not very well ventilated or lit. The beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. There were cockroaches and bugs in the room. WiFi was almost not functional at our room. The price is very high for the simplicity of the accommodation.

The room was exactly in front of the breakfast area and the kitchen. For us was ok as we woke up early to leave, but if someone is planning to sleep longer you would be definitely woken up by the smell of frying plantains

The rooms were so hot, but unlike many other hotels, they did not provide fans and the main windows did not open.

Really convenient location near airport if you need somewhere to crash before or after a flight. The staff were lovely and helpful and the free breakfast and coffee in the morning were delicious. Room was v spacious and comfortable.

The place it’s very clean and nice! The lady who cooks at night during our stay cooks delicious and has an excellent customer service.

i asked the reception cab to get me a taxi he called to order and i heard "no factura"..he charges me 10 dollars taxi coast for this 3 min ride is 35000 quetzals its 4.5 usd.. when i got to the airport the driver charged me 3500 again

Difficult to tell because we arrived late close to 9 pm and left very early in the morning to catch our flight. Did not have breakfast. The resturaunt closed at 9pm so we had no food and the location; though close tot he airport, it was on the shady side of town and people told us not to go out after dark. The room we had was right next to the kitchen and the smell wasn't good. The light and fan were attached with one switch controlling it. so you couldn't turn on the fan without turning on the light. It was hot, so we had to remove the light bulb to keep the fan running in order to be able to sleep. The shower constantly leaked all night making dripping sound, we had to place a towel under the shower to muffle the sound while keeping the bathroom door closed.
